Ordered on line and had the clothes…
Ordered on line and had the clothes delivered to my local store free of charge 4 days later - very efficient.
One item didn't fit so ordered a smaller size to be delivered to the store. When I went to collect this item the staff took the item that didn't fit and dealt with the refund in store. Saved me posting it back , and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Has definitely encouraged me to shop more in FatFace.

Easy to order online, free postage to local Fat Face in Canterbury..Able to try on and they disposed of the packaging...If I hadn't wanted the order, then the store would have taken it without all of the procedure of taking it back to the post office etc...Very easy

But staff in shop @ Canterbury's are very unprofessional & laugh at you ( boy & lady ) when had been to collect order - as had asked for shop address …, felt very uncomfortable .
Needs to address this - it put me off to visit the shop again .

Went into the Canterbury store today, staff couldn’t have been more friendly, they were on hand but not pushy and really chatty, made it a great in store experience.
