Very late and inconvenient delivery to store
Package was promised Thursday for our planned trip to town on Friday. This was a Christmas gift for someone we were visiting.
Eventually arrived in-store Sunday morning requiring another trip to town to collect and give the gift before departing the UK that day!

Great trousers bought in the sale . Sizing was a bit off so had to return one pair and order a smaller size. Was refunded very quickly (within a couple of days).

Easy ordering and prompt delivery to store. Really helpful and pleasant staff in store.
Great trousers. True to size and really comfortable. Only wish they were available in the navy.

Favourite store lovely staff…
Excellent service as usual at the Bury st Edmunds store. Nothing was too much trouble for the young ladies working there. A dress I wanted wasn’t in store but one of the ladies showed me a dress same design different colours to try on for size so I knew what size to order. I bought it and will order the other!
She also went ‘out the back’ to see if there was a top I wanted in the right size. There was so I bought that too. One happy customer.

I ordered two T-shirts online to be delivered to my local Fatface shop. Very easy to order from the website, and the T-shirts were ready for collection within 24hrs. I was notified by e-mail when they were dispatched and when ready for collection. Very good service.
