Colour and fabric met requirements as did the style, HOWEVER LEG LENGTH SIZING INCONSISTENT 10 and 12 both fit (12 slightly better) hips/waist wise but the size 10L was an inch longer than the size 1... Se mer

Feel good store to visit.
It’s good to visit a store and get a good laugh with the other customers and staff. Was in the Belfast store today and the staff couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be around. Because there was a great sale on I bought two beautiful jumpers (for the price that one would normally cost) and my husband bought a fab shirt. Left the store smiling.

I collected following a delay of sorts
I collected my ordered without incident, however was only given a choice of 3 dates for store collection, all of which were too soon, though given 10 days for collection not a big issue. Constant apologies on delay, ordered arrived in store on the day I was planning to collect, so all good in the end, thank you.

Clothing not arriving on scheduled day…
Clothing not arriving on scheduled day but still being charged full delivery price.Received the items today and very happy with the quality of the clothing.I do understand delays can happen and I certainly will be using Fat Face in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble for Lauren.
She helped me choose items and made several trips to get different sizes and styles giving a very honest opinion on what suited me best.
I left with a beautiful dress and pair of cropped jeans.
