Very good service from the staff at the Aldeburgh store.
I was looking for a specific 'new in' top that I wished to purchase for a birthday gift. It had not arrived at this store but the staff checked all the other stores in the area to check if it was available in the size and style I required. As this was not possible, they ordered the top,online for delivery to my home, free of charge. The staff were friendly and polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Love Fatface and once again I was not disappointed when I visited the Aldburgh store. Clean and tidy shop floor which was well stocked. Sale clothes and a plentiful supply of new Autumn lines. Excellent service from a lovely lady at the till (sorry I don’t remember her name).

Well worn lovely jacket :)
Well, I just had to say a big THANK YOU to Fatface for a jacket I bought nearly 6 years ago. I wanted to send a photo to show you just how good the jacket still is today. I believe it to be the older version of the cheshire jacket, in brown with drawstring waist. It is washable, a bonus, and always comes out looking like new. I love it and thought I should tell you how well made it is. People are to quick to complain when something is not right and not quick enough to give praise when something is right. Thank you Fatface, may you never stint on the quality. Well Done.x
