The material looks amazing. I havent worked it yet but it is promising. The shipping was fast as well and they threw an interesting but off bonus gift in my order!

Disappointing
Disappointing.
I ordered fat carbon scales. I paid 15€ extra for Express Delivery. "Guaranteed in 3 to 5 days"
Than 2 weeks later the product didn't arrive. When I complained I should get the extra money back I paid for express delivery they send me an email.
Turn's out they're on holiday. It also said "we understand that it is frustrating that you missed the notification" yeah nowhere on the product side or in the process of ordering it told me. I found it later but who searches a whole side because he expects a company is on holiday?
After that they didn't answer anymore. Keeping the extra money.
3 weeks after order, scales arrived. I admit they looked good, one of those was as a pair of 2. But it didn't match. On was shiny with small details, other one matte with fewer bigger details. Who wants to order a pair of mismatched scales?
Good products let down by unaccommodating customer service and disregard of real world usage.

Awesome well made carbon fiber products and milling bits. Plus i got some foreign fruit snacks with my order which is just as exciting as my purchase. Ill be ordering more product in the future for my small projects. And was delivered faster than i expected. Great company standards!

Poor Quality Control and Customer Service
I received a sheet that was mostly black and it was supposed to be mostly green. Looked like a piece from the scrap pile. Customer service told me they couldn't help me also.
