Amazing company! Top tier customer service and shipping. Mike is the man. Really helpful and customer based. Gave me more value for my subscription boxes than any other current company. Would recommend this company to be a 1 stop shop for all your glassware, accessories or subscriptions needs. Thank you FBG team you guys are amazing.

Owner uses the SLOWEST CHEAPEST shipping for "free" shipping USPS ground! Takes 10 times as long because they're cheap!

First thing I noticed, was fantastic prices. We were offered a surprise bonus for a low price. when we purchased a product. The shipping was amazing fast and Updates on our order from fat Buddha the entire time. When our products arrived, we were very happy with the products and the surprise bonus purchase we made was beautiful. I wish more companies would hold themselves up to the standard. We appreciate their service and their excellence.

I ordered a set of pipes.When I received my order it was in a box of 5.Mike the owner got in touch with me saying it was a mistake on there end and if I didn't return 4 of them back I would be charged 189.00.i went to different pages looking for the exact pipes and saw that all 5 was included for $48.00...Dont trust this guy.His shop has got a lot of bad reviews and I should have done my homework on it.If u want to get ripped off order from these people

Best buying experience ever, I had some questions and was actually a bit rammy if ya get my drift because I had just ordered a product and afterwards I looked and needed more info after purchasing of course so I got right on the site and sent a msg well, that wasn't fast enough for me so now I find a number and call as they stated that they were open m-f 9-5 and this was Friday at 11a.m. they should be there right. Long story shortened they called me back within 10min and it was Mike the owner or the supervisor said they had only 3 folks working and lots of orders so I felt small then. Great person to do business with and I will NEVER purchase anywhere else for this type product, im sold!

I wrote to them to make sure they wouldn't label it, because it's being shipped to my package forwarding company and then eventually to me.

He said it doesn't and then said they won't ship to my package forwarding company.

I thought he was kidding so I wrote back, he ignored me.

When you have so much money you can say no to a sale, you know the company doesn't care about you.

Based on the other reviews, I can see they don't care and they sell shoddy products.

Ordered Moose Labs Mouthpeace and 18mm to 14mm adapter. I didn't receive either, I got moose labs filters and an 18mm to 18mm adapter. I received their email that says to get excited your package will arrive.......lol Very Very Disappointed. I won't order there again! Also I even reached out through email, and got no response. If I can't trust Fat Buddha Glass headshop for little purchases...Why would I make a big purchase like a nice bong? Just a question people should consider before they make a purchase. These are my experience as a customer or former one....

SHIPPED ME THE WRONG ITEM..AFTER REPEATED MESSAGES TO FAT BUDDHA-NO FIX -

I ordered from Fat Buddha because they had a bubbler on sale for $13, free shipping. Good deal if it's at least halfway decent. Then after checkout there was an offer for a $25 "mystery bong" supposedly worth at least $50. I bought in and immediately felt like a chump for giving in to their last-second impulse advertising. Then I came here and got a bit sketched out by some of the negative reviews.

The order took a couple of days to ship out and arrived within a week. It was well-packed with adequate bubble wrap for all that glass.

I am very satisfied with the bubbler I selected. Fair quality glass, it's the right size and matches the picture.

I was pleasantly surprised by the mystery bong. It is an unusual and unexpected design, and it functions well. Has a percolator and everything. The design is sort of like a jug with a little handle and a cube-shaped chamber. It even has an iridescent chromatic finish.

Never for to try it. Got it as a gift, came broken. They wanted me to jump through hoops to get a replacement. Wanted to try it for sure, heard good things. For what it's worth, they do respond quickly to emails, so that's cool! So companies don't even do that

Slow, slow, SLOW shipping. Did I say it was slow? It was slow. Free shipping means nothing to me if the item is being delivered cross country on a horse-drawn wagon or something. This took way, way, way too long.

Don’t waste your time with this company. I just used the Phoenixstar helix pipe they sell $30. it’s some crappy $2 Chinese pipe which leaks resin. I just wrote Mike and let him know. The resin stain is still where it poured out of flawed pipe on my furniture. Mike was kind enough to let me know he’d pass this information to the maker?? How does that help me. It’s damaged my possessions and it’s cheap Chinese glass. The least he could’ve done was offered to replace it with an equally cheaply made Chinese crap glass. He let me know that’s not his intention. Be careful people. This guy pretends to be more guy till there’s an issue

I purchased a glass pipe with a built-in screen. Huge mistake! I used it twice the first time I used it the built-in screen clogged up so fast the I couldn't even finish the entire bowl. I used and straight pin to poke through the full bowl just to get and good hit. Had to do this couple of times on the first use. I felt like it was to much trouble, so I put it away and didn't use it till last week. Again, I loaded it and took a couple for puffs and again it clogged up. I then had to empty it and when I attempted to poke through the tiny holes with a straight pin which is the only thing small enough to poke through. I carefully cleaned 3 of the tiny holes. ok moving to the next one I pushed the pin in cleared the hole while pulling out he pin the entire bowl collapsed leaving a huge hole. I reached out the company and they offered a discount for a replacement purchase. I'm not happy about the fact that they will not replace the pipe for free. There is clearly an issue with the built-in screen's sturdiness. Also, if you are familiar with Stright pins they are very thin, the pin was not forced into the holes it went in and out easily. The built-in screed is just too thin and fragile or with my luck got the faulty one. I won't be ordering from Fat Buddha in the future if they won't stand by their product.

Fat Buddha Glass does a great job with shipping and the glass works great, I love the freeze designs. I've ordered 3 times from them and each shipment was fast and exactly what I ordered.

Additionally, the packing they do for orders is amazing, the box for my most recent order was badly damaged with what looked like rips in the cardboard almost like something hit the box hard enough to rip the cardboard but because of the care they take in packaging none of the 3 glass items were damaged, not a scratch I'm very happy with Fat Buddha and will order from them again.

Beautiful product, great price. Shipping was fast and free. The quality of the glass is also top tier.
