BUYER BEWARE - SCAM OPERATION! This has been one of the worst online retail experiences ever. I ordered $300 worth of custom shoes for family members for Christmas on 10/20. A day later, I received an email stating that the shoes do not come in a specific sole color (which wasn't applicable to the order). I confirmed this was fine and asked them to proceed with the order. Nothing for months after this. On 12/24, I realized we had not received the order and emailed to request an update. They responded, saying they had sent me a follow-up email after their original, asking about shoelaces. I did not receive this email. I informed them and asked them to let me know the question so I can respond. Nothing. They have ghosted me ever since this. I have sent several emails, but they have not responded once. Learn from my experience and avoid at all costs!

Shoes were knock off Hey Dudes with very poor Bengals design. Complete scam of my 70 bucks. Do not buy from them it's a SCAM

Good looking shoe with great support, lightweight, and comfortable. I'm a size 7 so I ordered a 7, it was very snug. I'm re ordering an 8!

I haven't received my order yet and it's been over a month since I paid for my item ,no response from the company or anything to let me know why my order hasn't arrived or information on where it is,something told me not to make order, but I never had a company to do something like this, after I finally looked this company up and read all the reviews it's sad that the BBB hasn't shut them down

The item I bought was horrible. The shoes do not look like what they advertise. Wrong size and on top of that my shoes was soaking wet when I got them. They should not be able to sell anything. This is garbage!!!

I purchased a pair of Michigan shoes recently for my husband. I did not customize the shoes- I just got what I thought should be the correct size. The shoes arrived with the right size BUT THE SHOES RUN WIDE. I sent an email requesting a return with the understanding that I would pay for the postage (PER THEIR WEBSITE) and I got a rude email back saying they would not accept a return because the shoes were customized. This is incorrect. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS SITE!!! I am taking the matter up with my credit card company.

I ordered from a CA co and item arrived LATE from China. Ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for a special needs friend who always wears a size 10 shoe and the shoe didn’t fit. Even though i did not add personalized name, they would not take a return, exchange nor refund my money because it was “ custom made”.
Embarrassing for me to give a gift and not have it work and also frustrating throwing away $70 on nothing. Buyer beware. Do not order from this company.

This company is a scam. I should have known better. They provide false information of both their products and their policies. BUYER BEWARE/JUST LOOK TO ANOTHER COMPANY.

I heard all these bad reviews and got worried..customer service always answered me and my shoes arrived in fifteen days just like they say 12-15 days..once I got confirmation they were shipped they were here couple days later..good experience did not scam me ...

I order a pair of Phila Eagles sneakers it took a long time to receive them and when they came they're to big I order my size and Fatase won't refund my $70 they sent the size I ask for but I can't fit them and I really need my $70 back They're run big so I'm cheated out of $70 that's not fair I will never buy anything from them again and I'm advising Everyone to Never buy anything from this company I order a women size 8 and they sent a man's size 8 and won't send me a return label or refund my money this company is a Scam

I got what I ordered but, like one other person that reviewed, there website states that they are in California although the shoes are coming from China and the website also states like a 2-3 day processing then like 1-3 day shipping. I ordered on July 3rd and I received them today, July 24th. When I emailed them and sent a screenshot of the website info, they said bc the order has to be custom made, that it will take a lot longer. It makes them look illegit when the website has false information.

From November when I ordered paid for and additional shipping fee to this day I haven’t received the sneakers, a response, or a refund. Biggest ripoffs ever. O star. Don’t give them your money

My wife ordered a pair of shoes in the size that she normally orders. When they arrived, they were at least one size too big. In addition, their web site stated that it would take three days to ship. It took 10. I tried to contact the company through their fatase.com web site and received no reply. I returned the shoes, but was then told that they would not refund the money because I had not contacted them first. This company is a scam. Associated companies are TMN Group, LTD and Leminho.

I have emailed the company about 5 times. No response whatsoever. My son loved the shoes, but they were too large. Trying to receive an answer from the company was impossible. Could get no information on exchanging the shoes.

Placed an order and was provided an estimated shipping date which is why I placed the order with this company. When I had received shipping details after 6 days I emailed and was told that it could take 7-9 business days to ship. However their website states that it takes 1-2 days to process and 5-7 days shipping times. Their website also states they are located in Los Angeles and they don't work Sundays. I placed my order on 12/13 and it didn't ship until 12/25 from CHINA. Definitely way past the original estimated date when I ordered well beyond the websites posted shipping policy. I pray when they finally arrive they are as the website described and good quality. I will not order from this company again!

Just received my shoes today after placing my order 11/13 & only responding to my messages after I asked them to cancel my order. My shoes can't even be worn, the smell of glue & chemicals is too strong. They're cute but they stink. Don't bother ordering from this company, service sucks. They're not out of L.A. my shoes came from China & that still wasn't enough time to get that smell out of them

I can confirm the numbers listed give you a busy signal immediately. And their website set up is a bit shoddy because if you enter in the information to see the progress of your order, it gives you an error. However, all of my emails to support were answered within 24 hours and I received the exact shoes I ordered. I also received them in exactly 2 weeks. So, not a scam company, but could use some work on their business model.

The 2 phone numbers they have listed on here and the website does not work immedicably you get a busy tone. Through email I asked them 5 times for a csv number but they ignore it..
