Fast Utilities seem to have renewed our electricity contract October 2025 without our knowledge or permission, we found out last week when contacting our supplier direct to renew . They produced a signed contract, not my signiture. I would have no idea how to do an E sign! ,Our supplier have removed this company from our account so this will not happen again. Our mistake is speaking to the agents when they phone, one tries to be polite as they are doing a job, but I have instructed my staff to just put the phone down now.

We regret to hear of your dissatisfaction and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to clarify that you have been a customer with us since 22 February 2023, and your original agreement at that time was completed using the same secure electronic signature process as the contract in question.
In October 2025, a quotation was provided. Following this, the contract was sent to your registered email address via our secure e-signature system and was subsequently signed and completed electronically. Electronic signatures are legally recognised and do not require a traditional wet signature. We also hold a full e-signature audit trail, which records the date, time, email address, and IP confirmation of the signing process. This audit trail has already been shared with you for transparency.
We attempted to contact you to clarify and resolve this matter; however, we were unable to do so. We remain open to discussing this further should you wish to contact us directly.

Adam looked at my electricity account we were paying £700 per month he then found me a new contract £300 a month less it was so easy to switch and he supported us through the transition period, can not thank him enough

I’m really happy with the service I received! They offered me fantastic gas and electric prices—much better than I expected.
