Fast Test Now Omdömen

I am not sure why there are so many good reviews. This company is not transparent. I did not receive the tests I ordered. After contacting them and they assured me they will send them. After only 2 more tests out of the 8 ordered were sent to me, they told me their protocol was not to send out all of the orders in one go, but instead partially send the order every few weeks. I do not recall this being on their website and they were not able to point me to where on the website this is stated

In and out papers in hand just what I needed for court to get my kids for Christmas took all of 15 min

I would give this a no star if I could. I have been trying to cancel a Covid appointment that I have coming up and obtain my refund of $89. I have tried the chat, email, phone multiple times. I can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. Even though the website states under policies that your cancelation/refund is immediate, within 3 days, it has been over a month for me with several different answers, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks again, Nov 7, Nothing! There cancelation says click on the link, I clicked on the cancel link and it gives you no way to cancel your appointment. SCAM ALERT!!!

I received my test result within 2 hours. This is very good.

Great experience. Thanks

I had an 8:00am appointment for a pre-cruise Covid test. I was tested at exactly 8:00am. The nurse was friendly while collecting my sample, and I got my results quickly as promised.

The nurse was great who administered my Covid test. Better communication is needed as you where the office is located. It was difficult to find. It took nearly 20 min to locate the office.

I did a "walk-in" Rapid Antigen Test in Vegas for my return flight back to South Korea the next morning. The service was extremely fast, efficient and courteous. The cost was explained in detail, including the extra $5 cost for a color print of the results (better than dealing with printing back at my hotel on the Vegas strip). Your tech made sure my name, email, date of birth and passport numbers were accurate. The whole process took only 20 minutes or so, got my color printout, and lo & behold, the Korean Government quarantine officer accepted your test results upon landing. Thank you very much!!

Fast and efficient service. Very friendly and professional service. Received test results the same day and within a few hours after testing.

In and out super speedy service. Had a little trouble finding the building. There are two buildings with the same numeric address. Be sure to find building 2 behind the main building and it’s on the first level right up front.

The staff is very accommodating and kind. The service is indeed very quick! Thank you!

Excellent and streamlined service with straightforward online booking service. Was even easy to change the time for my appointment once I had already booked just by phoning the contact number. Great service and efficient collection of sample at the clinic.I opted for the 36 hour service and had my result within 28 hours

Fast, professional, prompt. Was very easy. We needed to be tested within 3 days of our departure with results within 24 hours. Worked great! Will definitely use again if needed.

Fast Test office was clean and the reception staff was courteous. The testing process was fast because the reception staff and the laboratory technician were the same people. The test was done in minutes and I received the test results within 3 hours as promised.
Thank you for the fast service. I was able to travel back to my work in Japan.

Couldn’t find a free travel test, so we picked FastTest to guarantee that we had the proper test. Staff was friendly and did our test when we showed up early, no waiting. Results came quickly. We would use this service again.

The lab official was courteous, and supportive 3rd
