Fast Refund group is scam, all they do were to tell me to file dispute with banks by myself which I have done all them before I hired them. They said they have lawyers and better strategy to get my money back in a few weeks. They drafted formulated letters with some "better" wording, as matter of fact, they kept writing wrong statement in every letter so I have to correct them over and over for each letter. They did not respond to me for weeks, Some time after many weeks they responded saying “they are working on the next effective step”. After I waited for weeks, they came out with the same dispute letter with the exact same letter (only change the dates). After they are out of tricks, they change to a new person, and repeat everything previous persons had done, and the person go to no responsive routing for weeks, then they change to another person (change 4 persons), to repeat over again. I have been told "after this step, they have more effective strategy", but they never bring me any thing effective steps. Now eventually, they totally ignore all my emails. Fast Refund Group is scam, totally.

I am not detailing here the events which took place, like some other people. Bottom line, I didn't get my money back, but I am not dissatisfied. Guys you did a good job trying. Would have been a complete waste of time without you. We lost but no complaints.

This company got my money back, but it was quite an expensive process. They were good at keeping in contact but it took a long time and sometimes I didn't understand what was happening in the background. They at least worked to get my money back when the bank refused to investigate. Thanks

I have always tried to see 20/20 in all my dealings and when I invested into my broker nothing was different. Unfortunately I found out too late that my money was not going to be withdrawn. Didn't think I could be in the same position of those writing online about the same issue. Today is today though - and my expectations well exceeded with them - no trouble whatsoever recommending. this company is a big team and I have benefitted from its team knowledge and teamwork. Glad to recommend them always.

I got my money back. I had a very rough year. I lost a lot money in what I thought was investment In forex. I tried for a long time to get my money out from the company I invested in and they turned out to be a scam. I heard about fast refund group and gave them a call. I’ve heard the way this company speak to people and it’s absolutely disgusting. There is no way this is a professional legitimate business, avoid at all costs!!

Rebound scam. For a year they strung me along and wasted my time. Case manager transferred me to 5 different case workers none of which produced any results. When I requested a refund I was disassociated. Total fraud, IMO Now they respond with we’ve never heard of you. Can’t believe anything they say

All I can say is these people talk a real good game up until they get your money. I had been scammed so I reached out thinking they could really help me. Those people lied until they couldn’t lie no more. I reached out in may of last year they promised to get my money back in 90 days sh** it’s Jan 3 2024 and still nothing happened hell, I even called that bullsh**firm and nobody was available all of a sudden they pretty much set you up for failure on top of the disappointment. If you reading this please this is not a fake review please don’t fall victim like I did. These people are evil and they don’t care who they hurt beware of the fast talking fake British accent Wesley Wake . I’m stamping them as THE NO REFUND GROUP and I hope they read this too SHAME ON YOU TOO Anna Katz since you the one managing a Ponzi scheme. I’m sorry that I gave them the time of day.

I pretty much paid them for something that I could done myself they emailed me letters they typed up that didn’t get me nowhere so with all the time that has passed I still haven’t seen no kinda results in recovering the funds I lost and every time I reached out it was always somebody different names that sound made responding telling the same lie the last so call case manager told me then they had the nerve to tell me that they still investigating my claim beyond the written agreement after I asked why have a police report filed they had more excuses than a man going to jail. So at this point I’m feeling like they got me too and I’m not sparing nobody I’m exposing them after they lied pretending to be a law firm and took my money like they really trying to help me they evil and I don’t care who gets offended. I looked on Google for the reviews and Google redirected me to YouTube to see a video exposing the FAST REFUND GROUP as scammers. And it all make sense because in the beginning they literally blew up my phone promising they could retrieve my money for a fee of 750 and now they’ve took my money knowing that it was only gonna make things harder and still no results what so ever and more money lost I paid them through CHIME and been denied twice with all the evidence several months worth of emails and they all lies. And they had the nerve to ask me to remove their names out the review I said what I said and I’m not removing nothing. They just don’t like the fact that I’m exposing them for running a scam on me they took my and ran and I’m still firm on my story and asking me to change or remove from my story is a admission of guilt.

Scam scam scam. Do not get fooled by this company. They take advantage of you when you are at your lowest, make promises then ghost you. Stay away and save your money!!

Seems that this company works together with Ellis and Burlington which can not be trusted. They have shared my details between the 2 companies. I would stay away from them, better safe than sorry.
