They did exactly what they promised to do for the listed price. They got my wife her first passport in one week, and hold times on the phone were acceptable.

The only reason I gave this company a one star is because they don’t have anything less than that. I paid for FastPort services back in AUGUST 2019. Here it is December and I still don’t have my passport. After all the months, hours on phone, tons of emails, and even Facebook messaging... I thought we finally got things straightened out. I followed all of the directions on the checklist yet today I received a package from FastPort with all of my paperwork in it they sent back because they can’t get organized and keep messing my name up. Their Rep ALICE is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I’m missing my second cruise because of this worthless company.

Overall had an easy experience with Fastport Passport. I had forgotten to include an additional copy of my application, which was easily resolved with the help of Amal. The turnaround time was as expected... I did have to follow up though about the status because I didn't get an email saying that things were on the right track and that it would be shipped next day so I was starting to worry... however following up via chat online was super easy and as soon as I did, I then received an email from Alice saying that my passport would be delivered the next day. Really the only downside is that it costs an arm and a leg to do this. Keep your passport away and out of reach from your dogs, folks.

I am more than satified with our service!! We needed our passports within a 2 weeks and the Post Office agent forgot to put the $170 check in the sealed envelope. My passport was suspended by the US State Dept which then risked us getting them in time. I was contacted by FastPort and told that they would send the check over by courier and give a free upgrade to the fastest level of service. I received my passport in less than a week. So extremely grateful for their kindness and timely service. Definitely give them an A+++!!

I needed a passport very quickly to get to Cancun and meet the woman of my dreams. It took only 3 days and Fastport was able to get me the passport in time and I owe them for getting me there. I am going to marry this woman now... If it weren't for fastport, who knows what would of happened because I would have missed the trip.

Absolute best service of this kind that I have ever used. The process is clear and very easy to follow. Update EM remove any uncertain as to status.

I was the person who realized 4 days before going to Mexico that my passport was lost! Fastport Passport's process was easy, good support, was exactly as outlines and I am going to Mexico after thinking I would be staying in the states all week, thanks Fastport Passport!

Recently my company informed me that I had been selected to attend a meeting at sea in Mexico. Unfortunately, I had misplaced my expired passport book and needed to get a new one very quickly. My original thought was to go to a government passport office, but the appointment times during Thanksgiving week did not work for me.

After searching the Internet and reading reviews, I decided to go with Fastport Passport and am so glad I did. Alice W. was the account manager assigned to my order and provided the highest level of customer service. She was available to answer my questions by phone and extremely communicative via e-mail. I knew the status of my passport from start to finish and received my new passport in time for my trip.

I highly recommend this company and Alice W. for anyone looking to be treated like a VIP during such a stressful process.

Update: they gave me a one time courtesy refund. They said they do not typically refund for any reason even if the services were not provided per their terms. Happy with the customer service of the person whom reached out after I posted my review, happy to be refunded but still would not recommend.

I am extremely shocked at how poor this company is run. I spent hours filling out everything and doing everything. I had a letter for the passport office explaining how i needed to fill out my paperwork. I told them this, they told me to lie on my form that i never had a passport before. I said no, i will not lie on it, they will reject my application. They then said they were not able to help me if I would not lie on it as they don't have a way to work around their system to fill it out the way needed. I explained i have it fill out by hand with me if I can fax to them or something. They continued to say in more words NO. So, I said fine may you cancel my order and give me a refund. The lady said sure please fill out this refund request form.... Never easy... So i fill out the form, 8 days later still have not received my refund of 233.80$. I have contacted them several times in these past 8 days and they just keep telling me its still under-review. How is this under review you didn't help me, I didn't use your service I should be refunded. I am starting to believe they are a scam. I have contact my bank to get involved as well.

I cannot believe how fast and easy this was. We have a trip right around the corner so naturally, time was of the essence. We we amazed at how quickly we got our passport back.

The service was absolutely perfect. Got my wife's passport in 5 business days from initial application. Easy to apply, easy to get in touch with a real person, either by phone or by chat. Could not recommend it more highly.

We are on pins and needles regarding getting our chidrens' renewed passports back by Friday. The process seems so impersonal, but once I got past the wait-time on "hold," Michelle Ruiz took my call and looked into our orders, offering completely excellent service and care. The company is lucky to have her, that's for sure. My concern still exists; that's what happens when you're late on a renewal with upcoming travel, but for the moment I am 100% satisfied with the company, and more than happy to have been helped by Michelle. One note: put a short greeting at the beginning of the phone experience, just let people know someone will pick up if you're patient. Hold times can be a bit long and it's not comfortable waiting without reassurance up front that a caller has even reached the right number.

I needed a passport renewal and a new child passport. Fastport Passport was able to get both new passports to me within a week without me needing to travel to the Expedited Passport Office. This was hugely helpful to us as we did not really have the time to make that trip in the lead up to heading overseas.

Very precise instructions, responsive team, and the turnaround time was literally, exactly what was promised. Hopefully i'm never in the same position again, but I certainly won't let a friend or family member try a different service should the need arise.

I paid the higher fee to have my passport turned around in 3-4 days and it took 8 (including the shipping),with zero updates on my status after my passport was received. So while I am grateful to have a company to have done this work for me, I’m a little disappointed to have paid so much for a quick turnaround that I didn’t receive.
