Scammed Out of $400 – Fake Service, Fake Excuses
We booked FastLineVIP for a family of 12 arriving at Rome Fiumicino Airport. Because we booked within 24 hours, the website automatically charged us a $139 penalty on top of the main fee ,in total over $400.
After taking the money, they sent a last-minute email claiming there was a “temporary issue at Rome Fiumicino Airport” and that the airport “cannot accept external fast-track requests for arriving flights.”
This explanation is completely false, Rome FCO does not shut down priority services for all passengers, and legitimate meet-and-greet companies still operate normally.
What actually happened is simple:
They took the money, then made up an excuse because they could not deliver the service.

Paid USD36 but receive absolutely no assistance no email whatsoever, but fine, maybe that's because of how late I booked the service. However, they also offer a "7 days unlimited free trial" which is really what s scam is about. If you do not cancel the so called "free-trial" at the end of 7 days, they will charge you another USD75 for subscription. Amazing right?
Do not use this service- it is a scam
Paid for fast track on arrival and never received any correspondence about it until after we had arrived. Even when I did receive an email they claimed that “the priority access for your flight was validated and managed directly by the airport, which handles this service without external operators” There is no mention of this before purchase and they just claim that you will be sent a QR code once purchased.
I have since expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund but they are yet to reply.
Do not use this service.
Big waste of money
Big waste of money, I purchased 2 adult fast security tickets in Sao Paulo Guarulhos, they say it's completed the process and the airport would send me the QR code to show, I never received anything from the airport, and when I chased fast LINE vip, they didn't get back to me. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for their fast track departure service for Cape Town airport... they failed to deliver anything whatsoever!
Their website offers little to no information after booking but promises a lot.
After payment you are sent an email with a link and P/W for your booking. When I followed the link it failed to load, after multiple attempts it loaded, logged in and the 'my orders tab' was empty?!
Emailed their customer service who promised to look into it and then failed to answer a single email after that!
Arrived at the airport with no confirmation from them, no meet and greet, nothing!
Spent the next hour queuing with everyone else after this bunch of clowns took my payment and then ignored every correspondence after the sale and ultimately failed to deliver anything at all except to take my money!!
What a waste of $32!!

Avoid this lot like the plague, they appear to be a bunch of cowboys who simply take your cash and run.

Asked for a refund but unsurprisingly no response from them.
My advice would be don't waste your time or money using Fast Line VIP!!
UPDATE: To my absolute suprise after daily ignored emails (15 in Total!), a refund was unceremoniously paid back into my bank, no explanations given, no apologies but at least perseverance got me my money back.....!!
