British airport taxi was absolutely perfect, I had communication to confirm the booking via email and by text message before the day the address was confirmed plus on the day they texted again to confirm that they were coming.
Driving was polite, helpful and very much a good driver. Vehicle was immaculate and perfectly sized for the trip.

Was very easy to book with them. I was picked up from the airport early hours of morning and the driver was on time and gave us a call to let us know he was here. He was kind too.

We called Fastlane Transfers after being stranded in Zurich due to a cancelled connecting flight. Fastlane took the call, and immediately I knew I was in good hands. They promptly reassured me that a driver would be precisely where and when we needed them upon arrival back in the UK. They provided accurate and timely confirmation of the booking and when we landed at Manchester airport the next day I had a call off the driver to confirm the pick up point. The driver was kind and patient whilst we collected our bags and gave us clear directions to meet him. The drive back home from Manchester to Birmingham was safe and pleasant. Fantastic service. The driver was in contact with me the day before pick up. Once I arrived at the airport very early am he called and we were in contact so he knew once I’d received my case. He was waiting for me at the carpark as planned.
I am so impressed that I’m going to be using them again in 2 weeks time on another airport run

Hi all, caught a taxi from Manchester Airport to Birmingham. Absolutely brilliant service accomadated my request on the day and were very quick. Picked me up within 15 minutes of booking and took me safely home. The driver was very pleasant and helpful with my luggage. A smile makes a huge difference after a long flight. The car was very very clean also. Would use this taxi service again anytime and would highly recommend them.
