Charging £4.95 for "Highlands and…
Smooth transaction and quick delivery, but miffed by the rip-off delivery. Charging £4.95 for "Highlands and Islands" postage by Royal Mail is not-on. Aberdeen IS NOT IN THE HIGHLANDS, nor is it an Island.
Royal Mail delivers same price for ALL UK.... so why the extra charge?
Thanks for the reply but FedEx zones should be illegal for Royal Mail Delivery ... it's not a FedEx Carrier Service, it's Royal Mail same price for ALL UK !
Multiply your (should be illegal) £4.95 "Highlands and Islands" x your thousands of orders , and you have a tidy scam.

Our delivery charges are based on FedEx delivery zones, and your postcode falls within Zone 4, which is classified as the Highlands and Islands. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 where no delivery restrictions apply; however, as your order was below this threshold, the standard delivery charge was applicable.
We understand that delivery charges can be frustrating. We work hard to keep our shipping costs as competitive as possible, despite the increasing costs associated with deliveries to certain areas. We're sorry that on this occasion our charges did not meet your expectations.
