Jackpot games excluded from bonus
I mainly joined to try some jackpot slots with the welcome bonus, but turns out every single one of them is excluded from wagering. So basically the bonus can only be used on stuff I don’t care about. Felt pointless.
No mobile app
Browser version on phone is clunky and they don’t offer an app. Other casinos at least give you that choice.

Set autoplay with a loss limit, but it kept spinning slightly past that number before stopping. Not huge amounts, but if there’s a limit, it should be exact. Otherwise what’s the point?
Account closure took days
I asked to permanently close my account and it took four days of back and forth emails. During that time they kept sending me promos. Felt like they didn’t want to let go.
Live chat scripts only
Whenever I ask anything non-standard, support just copy pastes some section of terms instead of actually answering. It’s like talking to a wall of legal text, not a person who wants to help.
Bank transfer snail speed
They say bank withdrawals take 3–5 days but mine took 9, and support just blamed the bank without showing any proof they even sent it on time. For online money this feels ancient.
Currency mess
Site shows everything in my local currency but deposits actually go through in euros. Because of that I paid more than expected with conversion fees, and the amounts in the balance don’t match my bank history properly.
Not enough withdrawal options
Only two choices to cash out for my country, both slow bank methods. No modern wallets or instant payouts. Feels stuck in the past.
Withdrawal split in parts
I tried to cash out a bit more than usual and they split it into several smaller payments over days because of “limits”. If I can lose it all at once, I should be able to take it all out at once too.
Lack of game info pages
Clicking “info” on most games just opens the paytable, no explanation of volatility, hit rate or features. I like to know what I’m getting into, not guess from icons.
Game search useless
Typing in a slot name doesn’t always find it, you have to guess exact spelling. No filters for volatility or features either. Makes discovering new games kind of a chore instead of fun.
