Product never arrived
The company was unable to fulfill my order because of a technical problem at their end. But they did not tell me about this. Had I known, I would have made alternative arrangements.

Hi Alex,
We’re really sorry your order couldn’t be completed. We know how disappointing that must have been. At the time, our engraving machine was unfortunately out of service, and we had a large yellow message at the top of every page on our website to let customers know:
"Engraved products are temporarily unavailable due to a machine issue. Printed products are unaffected."
When you got in touch, we explained the situation and offered the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. We processed the refund straight away once you chose to cancel.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and sorry again for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards
Fast Pens

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel arrived with the box damaged. We always pack the pens securely in a box before placing the box in a paper shipping bag, but it seems the damage happened while it was in transit with the courier.
We’re glad to hear that the pens themselves were not affected, though we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a damaged package. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered you a 10% discount on your next order.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us to keep improving, and we appreciate your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Fast Pens
Great facility, high cost
Spent a lot of money buying sample self-designed pens which I decided against ordering in bulk; it's a great facility to offer a chance to design your own pen but cost is high.

Hi Matthew,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent order with Fast Pens. We’re glad you enjoyed the opportunity to design your own pen and make it bespoke.
We completely understand that sample pens can feel costly. Our prices are highly competitive within the market, and the unit cost becomes more affordable as order quantities increase. We really appreciate your feedback, and we hope to make your next experience even better.
Kind regards,
Fast Pens
The pens were delivered on time .

Fast delivery, but some were loose
Fast delivery, and I was able to change the delivery location last minute. Design process was really good, visual and simple. Pens seem great.
I've knocked a star off though as half of the pens were loose and had not been tightened fully, so after a few fell apart, we had to go through the batch tightening the rest.

All round, job well done!
Easy to use website to create the layout needed, with plenty of room for our branding.
Much faster delivery and much cheaper price than anywhere else.
We won't hesitate to use Fast Pens again.
