The name is designed to make you think they are a uk company. Not so! and as a result delivery takes a long time. The worst thing about this company is that you pay for returns!! To China!
So buying a garment for £30 would cost about £20-£50 to return for a refund.
I ordered a large jacket and the item received was far too small. If i were to return it at a cost of £30 to get a £30 and having to wait 5 or 6 weeks while the item clears chinese customs is a waste of time and money. So I have wasted £30 on an item I cannot use. Be warned!!

I ordered from Fashion Street UK (order 11498, August 2025) and received the wrong item. Instead of arranging a refund and covering the return costs (as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and even in their own published policy), they:

Offered me a meaningless “20% off next order” voucher.

Told me to keep the wrong item.

Insisted I pay £50+ to return the item to China, despite UK law and their own policy stating they must cover the cost when the product is incorrect.

Repeatedly ignored my clear legal rights and three written requests for a refund.

Their Return & Refund Policy even states:

“You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return cost.”

Yet when the product was incorrect, they flatly refused.

This company is misrepresenting itself as “UK” based but pushes customers into paying international postage to China for their own mistakes. In my case, they have withheld a lawful refund of £42.90.

I will now be pursuing a chargeback via my card issuer and reporting them to Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman.

Recommendation: Avoid at all costs. Fashion Street UK does not respect UK consumer law or its own stated policies.

I would give less if I could. They are a bogus company that are actually based in China. The goods, when you finally get them are shoddy and poorly made. As to getting a refund, forget it. You have to return your goods to their warehouse in china at your own expense so as they know it is a non starter due to cost. Avoid at all costs. Should not be allowed to be trading.
I see that you have replied with the same rubbish you have put in emails to me. The offer of 20% off a future purchase is laughable. Even though you pretend to be a UK company you expect me to send the return to China at my expense. Avoid at all costs

A linen jacket I ordered was delivered 3 weeks later, apparently from China. The material was very poor quality, the label had been cut off, and the large size I had ordered would have been too small for Jimmy Krankie. I do not have the energy now to return it and the day after its receipt it will adorn the rack of a local charity shop--although I concede they may have difficulty selling it.

I requested a change of address or cancellation moments after ordering after seeing the long delivery times which are not shown at the immediate point if purchase. They pushed the order through a day later regardless of the request, and then sent an email saying they couldnt change the delivery address or cancel because it was already processed.

The coat I ordered came with good stitching and decent lining.

Do Not trust this company or the reviews,

ordered two items, they are nothing like the advertised product, total con.

Terrible experience. The product quality is extremely poor, and returns are basically impossible. The shop looks like it’s UK-based, but in reality they force you to return items to China at your own cost (around £50). Very misleading — I regret not checking reviews before ordering. Avoid this store!

After exchanging six emails, this is what I was offered. It's sad that this company treats its customers this way. I also want to point out that the returns policy doesn't mention that returns must be sent back to China.

The coat zipper stuck a little at first, but otherwise the quality is fine.

The trainers I picked up are lightweight, good for walking long distances.

There was a problem at checkout, but support resolved it promptly and everything worked.

I purchased 3 what i thought were Boss Polo s, at a total cost of £109.30 pounds, 3 weeks later, they were delivered from China, no labels inside the garments, and very poor quality, on requesting a return and refund, i am informed, i will have to return goods to China, at my own expense, and they will have to be tracked, think the cost, was in the region of £50.00, and on top of this, Fashion Street would also deduct a further 20% of the order value from the refund, to cover the admin costs!!!!you have been warned29.since writing this review, Fashion Street, have emailed, offering a 20%discount against new order, then offering 35%discount, now offering 75% discount against a new order, at this rate i will be getting more rubbish for nothing, i have requested , that they do not contact me again, as for the shoddy goods i oredered, they have gone into my TRASH bin!!!!

This website is a complete scam and is clearly not UK-based, despite what they claim. The items I received were terrible quality, the sizing was ridiculous, and the material felt cheap and nasty. What arrived was clearly used, with all labels removed. I ordered what were supposed to be smart, shorter shorts, but they came halfway down my shins.

When I requested a refund, they refused. They directed me to a link on their site stating I could return the items to China for a refund – at my own expense, costing around £50. They do not provide return packaging, and it’s clear they have no intention of issuing refunds.

This appears to be a Chinese/Indian scam operation. Do not be fooled by the name or the “UK” branding. Avoid this site entirely, and if you’ve already been caught out, I recommend reporting the store to Shopify for removal.

I bought a shirt from them as the say Fashion Street Manchester. NO THEY ARE NOT!! They are in China.
My Large shirt was so small it was impossible to do up. Their response, it will cost over £50 to return, so DONT.
UPDATE The reply they send out is meaningless. Still impossible to send back without much extra cost. If it was UK based then it would be no problem. This is a CON, no other way to descibe it.

I bought a man’s two piece suit. What they sent was Nothing like the image and even after I sent them photographic evidences, they still would not reimburse.they have now put a response on trustpilot giving the impression that they will try to resolve the issue but trust me they will do nothing! I contacted them eight times and eventually they stoped communicating. This is not a quality company, it is not Uk based and the telephone number they promote is not real.
