Inspentbover $40 of my money on a product I was so excited to be getting. My post office sent it back to sender and now they just say too bad. They will not refund my money or reship my product I offered to pay for the shipping. This company is a waste and they do not care about their customer in any way or form just picket ur money and ignore you I been trying to even get a response for the last month and not one. So if I were you I'd ignore this company and fun another place to shop.

The advertised health watch does not check or report blood glucose levels, does not check or report blood oxygen, does not count steps accurately. I have sent no less than 10 return requests without a single reply! Their return policy requires permission to return. I am well within my 30 day window. Under their own return instructions, no return address is even listed! It has been blocked out. I have lost $70.00. I have listed this with Bank Of America as a scam. I have listed it with New Jersey as a scam. DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

This is a scam. I bought bras from this company. Never reached me. Despite several emails, they never bothered replying. Pl don’t buy from here.

The pocket internet mifi i bought does not connect to the internet. I tried to reach out to Fasanime and they did not bother to respond to my emails. This is a scam

why can i not vote zero stars ? i wanted to make a purchase using paypal. just in case they were a scam. paypal icon on the page. but when i got the confirmation it was not paypal but somehow the crooks charged it to my C.C. scumm bags use a paypal icon to get sales.then charge to a card that they should not have access to. i did not enter or authorise to use my credit card

Fasanime is a scam. Portable wifi doesn't work as advertised upon connection and unanswered emails for return label and address.

I have been waiting for a watch I ordered and still nothing. Got a tracking number that says it was delivered but it wasn’t. Emailed several times but no response

Made a genuine purchase of 2 laser lights & a camera ! Camera is crap ! Laser lights were misrepresented & 1 doesn't work at all ! Made contact with customer service requesting full refund but the only offered $20 . Looks like I got ripped off again by scammers ! Don't buy from them !

I bought a flapping tweeting bird from this company for my cat the videos show it can fly with no strings i had to wait for 3 weeks for this even though i got expedited priority shipping it arrived its a bird that doesnt fly just flaps its wings and tweets like a bird on the site it shows that its a 5 star trust pilot review when it clearly isnt it apparently comes with a manuel it doesnt and the cabel to charge it broke inside the bird when trying to pull it out as it is fully charged the site needs prosecuted for scamming i could get this product at toys r us or a charity shop for lower price i spent £35 on the item and it isnt as described and is not something people should pay £35/47 dollars for

Order placed 1st Feb 2026, 139.50AUD Express delivery, Nothing received!! As of 16th Feb. Tried contacting through Call 3 times (number checked)...Disconnected. Sent email on 18th Feb, info at fasanime.com & support at fasanime.com (emails not allowed in reviews) doesnt work!! Cant cancel, cant get a response, NO chance of Refund!!! Remote Server response "recepient not found!"

Yes, it is a scam company. I bought 4 bras size XL - they were all two sizes too small. On top of that, two of them had faint blood stains on them - from either manufacturing or packing (or maybe a return). I wrote to them - no reply. Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first!

Took way too long to get, then when I finally received it and tried to turn it on, nothing, just won't even turn on!

Looks like this a scam, company never gets back to you if ask for refund and the product breaks down after a short time.
