I don’t throw reviews around lightly—but this one deserves to be loud.
I’ve been a repeat customer of Farmers Fetch for a while now, and they’ve always delivered. This time I grabbed their pig ears, the big ol bone, and some knuckles—and every single one of them speaks for itself. The pig ears especially stand out… zero added ingredients, no fillers, no gimmicks—just a straight-up pig ear the way it should be. That’s hard to find anymore, and you can see and feel the difference in quality immediately.
Now here’s the part that people need to hear: the customer service. Daniel, the owner, didn’t just do a good job—he went way beyond that. This wasn’t some basic “thanks for your order” type of interaction. He was responsive, genuine, and actually cared about making sure everything was right. The kind of effort he puts in is rare, and honestly, it shows he takes real pride in what he’s doing.
I don’t say this lightly—the level of service I got was tremendous. The kind that makes you stick with a business long-term without even thinking twice.
Between the quality of the products and the way Daniel runs things, Farmers Fetch sets the bar. If more businesses operated like this, buying online would be a whole different experience.

Have been ordering from Farmfetch for the last couple of years. Order coffee with them each month and love it! Their customer service reps are super helpful too. Could do with setting up subscriptions for coffee. Have also ordered meat at Christmas and Easter and both have been incredible.

Quality- Pig cheek arrived as fresh as if it was still attched to the pig.
Not only that but delivery was spot on.

Id just like to say that the products we bought for Christmas were of exceptional quality and taste.

As we are in our late 70s over a lifetime we have eaten many a turkey and indeed at times reared our own, but the one from you was easily the best we have ever had.

The gammon too deserves the same praise, absolutely perfect. So good we were reluctant to share it!

I've used farmfetch a few times for meat and this is the second Christmas ham we've had from primrose herd. Great service, great product and happy to talk through the product once delivered. Lovely food, brilliant service.

Speaking to farm fetch on chat the gardening delivery and recommendations on storing and was given some great advice and support.

I would so marsh lamb and 4 kg loin of pork both delivered on time and the quality was exceptional a third of the price of my local Butcher.

Farmfetch is now my go to for quality meat.

Farmfetch has sound range of cheeses with some interesting notes contributed by Guernsey cow milk and ewe milk.
I never miss a chance to keep my stock up with Village Maid cheeses

Not used all the lamb as yet I have enjoyed what I have had and I hope to order more it arrived well packed thank you.

Delicious food

The salt-marsh lamb is delicious - and the website is a good way of accessing many different producers, but unless I have misunderstood be aware that delivery costs will add up if you spread your orders as each producer seems to charge separately.

I ordered this on the ninth of October. It said I would receive it at least by the 15th. That suited me. However when I had no other emails. I chased it, and was told I would get it on the 16th! It did arrive on the 16th but after the event! I think my order was lost somewhere in the system. It is sad to have a bad experience as I have been so pleased before. Perhaps someone could look into what happened.
