Lack of staff?
Hi. Not sure if there is a lack of staff but the service I booked was only done tge following day. It has happened to 4 people I know. I also tried calling for an update a few times but the phone just rings waited 5 minutes with no answer. My car has a dashboard countdown of days to the next service but it was not cleared so overtime I turn the key im reminded my service is now over 360 days. Quite annoying. For £300 I feel its not worth it.

There was some damage to my alloy wheel after a tyre fitting. To their credit the staff said if I got the wheel refurbished they would pay the cost.

Quick, easy and great service.
I booked this fitting online. It was very easy to do and a good price as well.
When I went to the garage, the staff were friendly and helpful. The tyre was changed quickly and I got a call to let me know it was done.

Vehicle was taken in at the agreed time. Reception staff said that the test would take about an hour and they would phone when ready. An hour later I returned and picked up the car. Absolutely no issues. Great service.
