DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This company scamming customers into book what appears to be cheaper flights & once you confirm the booking on their website, you will not get a confirmation email, but instead an email with an additional charge you will have to pay in order to actually confirm the flight at a higher price. VERY DECEIVING AND DISHONEST.

These people who supposedly sell tickets are liars; they never actually sell you anything and they keep your money. They are liars.

This company is a total fraud. They misrepresented that my flight was confirmed only to tell me thereafter that it wasn't confirmed.

FRAUD ALERT!!! They scammed my mother and sister and told her they booked her a flight, but the Southwest Airlines said they never booked the flight. Fare On Fleek will not give a ticket number either! Scammers! They told her the flight was canceled, but Southwest Airlines says the flight was not canceled. With car, and hotel, altogether now my mother and sister have lost thousands of dollars! Bank says they can't refund because it's been more than 60 days.

The company told me my original credit card charge only paid for half my trip. Rep said I had to use another credit card for the remainder of the trip. This was not true, so now I have to challenge the incorrect charge. I spent an hour on the phone with the FaresonFleek rep. However, the rep did do some good work by correcting a name on my reservation and also changing a flight time.

Dustin was amazing he helped me with my reservation until it was complete. It felt so good to have someone be so helpful and even when i was a bit frustrated , he was calm and made me feel great he had the situation under control . Very professional and wonderful customer service skills

Watch out! Scam company. They will take your money without a second thought and refuse to refund even when they do not have your tickets. The "sales reps" are there to part you with more of your money and rude. Book through a trusted travel agent instead!!!

I had two missed flights with this company but I purchased the cheapest travel insurance and each time it was granted, as stated. It is the holidays and many unforeseen circumstances arise. This company is legit and will reimburse you if there are any issues with your flights. Their customer service representatives were helpful during these flight delays. Would recommend!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD company. They send you an email that says they will send you booking and then another that says they will send your tickets. They don't actually send tickets. They say also in 72 hrs they will send boarding passes to your inbox. They don't actually send boarding passes. Showed up 2 hrs early for the flight to be told I was past the registration window. On the airlines website they say you can check in and get boarding passes up to 60 minutes from the flight time. But since they said they would send the boarding passes we spend 45 minutes running around to try and figure out the mix up. Turns out you have to physically check in on the airline website. And it's extremely confusing as the check in box sends you to the app. Which the app doesn't work to check in. However there are 3 little bars that are in the pull down and if you click it and select check in it will then not take you to the app to get the boarding passes but you have to do this before minute 60 prior to the flight or you're considered a no show. So ...

No boarding passes provided like they claim.
No tickets provided like they claim.
FRAUDULENT and FALSE and MISSLEADING and they won't refund. Good thing I took screenshots but now I have to call my bank and dispute and I missed my flight a week before Christmas.

Supuestamente tenía un vuelo reservado en United y de pronto me llamaron para decirme que mi vuelo habia sido cancelado y que iba obtener el reembolso total ( reembolso no recibido) y me hicieron una reserva con American la cual fue cobrado por Fares On Fleek y tambien por American, cuando yo llame para hacer el reclamo el agente de Faresonfleek Alfredo cortaba la llamada y me dejaba hablando sola y seguí intentando hablar con ellos y nunca mas respondieron el teléfono, son unos estafadores de primera, tener mucho cuidado
