Paid for tickets to Chicago. No tickets, no refund. Company of scammers and thieves !!!!! Don't fall for this crap

Estoy tratando de comunicarme ya que había cancelado el viaje por problemas de salud. Me dijeron que iban a devolver el dinero entre 10 a 15 días hábiles y no he recibido el reembolso. He tratado de comunicarme por teléfono y el teléfono sale desconectado, he tratado de enviar email y sale que el email es incorrecto. Ya no se que mas hacer.

I would give it negative 5 stars if the option was available. I will spend the rest of my life trying to shut these scammers down. Opt for staying home because that's where you will be when the flight you were to be on takes off without you because of these aholes.

I requested my refund and they told me by email that it would be in 7 working days, the time has passed and they don't do it, supposedly on Tuesday they already did it but it's false, I don't have that money in my account, it's called back and now it turns out that they say in 3 more days when supposedly they had already done it! They're a scam!

Thankful my Credit Union denied my charge. Something wasn’t right- operators are obviously foreign with very western names. Difficult to understand. The 2 step way you get booked then confirmed is sketchy. Now I read the comments and the dots are connecting. Not very legitimate, IMO. The reason the fairs were so low. Pay the extra and go with the big boys. Ended up having to shred my card

The worst experience they need sent me my boarding pass when I called they said issue with airline & my reservation had been cancelled & I had to buy new tickets at 3 times the amount they didn’t do anything to correct this issue

Like many others, I received a call back a few hours later saying the class of seats I booked were no longer available. The new price quoted was more than the airline had on their website. At least I do have a confirmation email saying the booking was cancelled. What a waste of time.

I spoke with Patrick when booking my reservation and he was AWESOME! He did everything he could do to get me a cost efficient flight and it’s on the flight I wanted to catch! I will definitely book with him again and refer my family and friends.

Mi experiencia con Patrick fue muy buena, fue muy paciente y empático. Con la compañia que emite las ofertas, no estoy nada contenta porque me cogieron de tonta.
