I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.

Es sabado 2 de enero del 2021, llame al 18003752210 para hacer una reservación usando un compensation voucher y tuve la peor experiencia; no con uno, ni dos, sino con TRES empleados de CONTACT SUPPORT (24X7), si ustedes tienen sus llamadas grabadas ,esto sucedió exactamente entre las 1100 y 11:28 am easter time. A la primera persona q me contesto le pregunte si hablaba español ella me contesto que NO y me colgó el teléfono !. Inmediatamente llame de nuevo y me contesto un hombre con acento INDU y en ingles quise hacer la reservación. Le pedi DOS fechas diferentes pero el valor estaba muy alto. La ruta era BOS UIO BOS en julio y primero me dio un valor de mas de $1500, obviamente no quise porque estaba muy alto, así que le pregunte para abril y me dio por $1200, le pregunté si había algo mas económico y solo porque insistí, el precio cambio a $697 apx. (mismas fechas). Entonces le pregunte si podia encontrarme algo mas barato para el verano y me dijo que NO, y textualmente me dijo 'MUM CALL BACK WHEN YOU ARE IN THE MOOD OF DOING A RESERVATION" y me colgó el teléfono !
Llame de nuevo a quejarme de ese maltrato y a la señorita q me contesto le pedi q me ponga con un supervisor, el hombre aquel con acento indu le dijo y yo escuche " hang up if that is the same B*&^^&! Y obviamente ella me colgó !
ESTOY INDIGNADA , claro no dicen sus nombre al principio de la conversacion y por eso no puedo dar nombres, pero es una pena y una vergüenza para la compañía este tipo de MALTRATO A LOS CLIENTES. I purchased a ticket back in April 2020, flight got cancelled due to COVID-19 and I have yet to get my refund. They hang up on you transfer you to wrong department. If you are not 100% about flight please do not purchase from here. BAD Customer Service Thumbs Down.
United is fair at best
The flight attendance are up tight, Basic Economy is the worst product ever and if you reserve it by mistake they penalize you hundreds of dollars.
RUN DON'T TRUST-DISHONEST COMPANY
1. Changed 2 flights time without notice.
2. Upped the price because of their change.
3. Rude and short when asked about the increase charge and tried to refund less than what was charged on my credit card.
4. Made several erroneous charges on my credit card!
5. Don't trust them with your cc.
6. Had to call SEVERAL times to get confirmation number inorder to check in for 1 of my flights which was never sent. NIGHTMARE!!!

they send me an offer and a time to call....when I call back (within 1min, time still ticking) he was rude and said they had sold out. They offered services they don't have.

Terrible Customer Service
After calling twice and spending no less than 45 minutes on the phone I was finally helped and my flight was changed for a price that was twice what it was on the website. Air Canada and this company suck at customer service. For what you charge per flight, you should provide much much better customer service. Both companies are terrible.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS WITH FAREBOOTH ! ! !
I was extremely nervous trying to book a roundtrip directly from Delta Airlines website with no success. Decided to contact Delta for assistance, and dialed the phone number which appears above the Delta website. After explaining the situation to the person who answered (who at all times) clearly identifed himself as Paul Adams of Delta Airlines), he explained that whenever the booking process stops, it is because the fare is sold out. I explained I had just refreshed the page, and Delta still had the same fare available and the trip would be $212.60USD. The person (Paul Adams)
said it was $346.60USD. Over $134.00USD more than advertised by Delta Airlines. After some discussion, he sold me into paying the amount "NOW" before the fare went up. Afraid the fare would be more expensive, I acceeded and booked the trip. After he booked it, he (Paul Adams), indicated that just to make sure that all the trip and passenger information was correct, to email him back indicating all was OK. Per his request, I complied.
After we closed the call, since I still had the Delta page open, I refreshed the page, and the fare was still $212.60USD roundtrip! However, Paul Adams charged my credit card a grand total of almost $350.00USD!!!
I immediately decided to call back (the number at which I made the booking at, (and told was in service 24 hous a day), and repeatedly all I got was a recording saying that there was no one to answer my call. I then looked up Delta Airlines customer service (a totally different number). The agent who correctly answered and identified herself at Delta, quoted the original roundtrip fare to be $212.60USD!!!
THE MAN, PAUL ADAMS, HAD SCAMMED ME FOR ALMOST AN ADDITIONAL $136.00USD ! ! !
To top everything off, farebooth.com DOES NOT REIMBURSE ! ! !
The airlines or credit card companies cannot help, because FAREBOOTH.COM HAS TRICKED US INTO EMAILING THEM BACK THAT EVERYTHING IS AOK ! ! !
Aaaannnd, in very tiny, very shiny, extremely hard to read, red lettering,
farebooth.com, indicates their policy, NO REIMBURSEMENTS, THEY CHARGE A FEE FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS!!! And that they are travel agents, not an airline!!!
