Irresponsive when it comes to returning…
Irresponsive when it comes to returning the products. I followed the instruction and posted the belts that I didn’t want by post. I saw that the package was attempted to be delivered but there was no answer. I sent Fantini an email as well as Whatsapp message but they don’t get back to me. Disappointed!

We got there finally!
Wanted to get a snake skin belt and finally got one from them! A bit of a problem with payent, no card payment worked and had to open paypal account just to pay them. Please look into it!

The holdall I ordered is lovely
The holdall I ordered is lovely.
Slight issue was delivery company (FedEx) had correct delivery address but incorrect company name! And could not amend via FedEx website / tracking info. But all good in the end. Not a problem by Fantini Pelletteria though so I would recommend them for any products.

Trolley bag with wheels - wheels do not work, bag scuffed immediately
Received a trolley bag with wheels as a gift. The wheels are unstable and bag topples constantly. After ten minutes of first use the bag was scuffed and had to carry it.

Absolutely wonderful leather backpack
Absolutely wonderful leather backpack. I am incredibly satisfied with this product which of course is not cheap but to be honest it isn’t even that expensive considering the high level quality it has. I am in love with this product and would 100% recommend their products
