I hoped that they'd have more in stock to be honest, as after we placed our order, we had to wait a little longer as they ran out of the specific product we ordered... didn't need to wait for long but still a +1 extra week.

The sign we've got is not just beautiful, but reliable and sturdy.. fits well to any bar or public room and the price was good too.

The item was well packaged to make sure it won't get damaged in transit, the instructions were easy to follow and everything was pretty much as I had expected, nothing too fancy and the sign does the trick.

I have found similar signs before from other sites but not really the same... this is kinda better and more advanced than the regular chinese stuff. I own a few of these signs already and plan to get a couple more.

I ordered a sign for my husband for Christmas. I received emails to notify me that the order was accepted, and when the order was shipped. I was apprehensive that I wouldn't get this in time for Christmas, so I checked the tracking information regularly. Finally, on 12/23, I saw that the order was delivered...no, I never received a notification. When I went to my apartment complex's SECURE package room, there was nothing there. After checking the complex management and all of the buildings, there was no package to be found. I emailed "Customer Service" and their answer was that since the package was "successfully delivered" they won't help me and I will need to contact the police if I want any help. They sent me a picture of my package with several other packages that were most likely in someone's trunk. I asked who the courier was and they gave me the name of a courier I had never heard of. I now need to contact the courier to see if they will help.

This item cost over $100, and the cavalier attitude of this company was disappointing, to say the least. My advice is to buy from a local business.

Looks and feels great, the lights are super nice during the holidays and I am satisfied!

After terrible experiences with certain Amazon sellers, I was happy that I found this company who are manufacturing their own products and not using cheap Chinese analogues.. You can tell the quality difference is like day and night.

I got a set of 5 different signs, similar theme/style but still different... All go as Christmas gifts and they will be happy!

The order arrived just right before the holiday lights are up everywhere so spot on with the timing and yes the neon color fits well along with any Christmas decoration, even if it's just a sign.
