did a small 40 hour order to get progress on a new hardcore ironman (as my own one died after 10 years), and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of efficient progress (and seeing the hardcore status still there of course!) Communication with sales was very nice, quick to respond. 40 hours was completed in about a week, which was also very nice. all in all very happy with the service.

Gave my account credentials on the 17/09/25 logged in today and still not one minute has been worked on the account, Alexander messages me back about every 4 days keep being told excuses at this point I just want a refund, they kept messaging me to get a deal done and now we’re nearly coming up to the 2nd week since paying and not one person has even touched the account
