Terrible service and disrespectful staff. The customer service refused to provide service for the most crucial game of the league, despite my full subscription. They told me I was supposed to accept whichever game they selected for me - no matter what terrible decision they made. Most importantly, they ignored my emails and replied after the game was over.

I decided to cancel my subscription and delete my account. The system is garbage. It did not let me cancel my subscription. I asked them to do it manually. Not surprisingly, they ignored. My account still appears active. Terrible service. Disrespectful staff. Waste of time and money.

Their subscription for Ecuador Serie A is overpriced garbage. They don't make it clear that there are no match replays or highlights before subscribing. Also, the streams seem to jump and stutter quite frequently.

I cancelled my subscription 6 months ago and they are STILL CHARGING MY CARD $9.99 monthly. I tried to dispute the charges from my bank account. They have no customer support or any type of help page for financial topics. They are scammers and I am looking to SUE.

I subscribed to watch Colombian games on demand (because who the heck has time to watch live games on the XXI century?), and despite they said it was possible I wasn't able to watch. In addition, live games' quality are poor, the app is cumbersome, the hide score option doesn't fully work. Sometimes hide the scores and sometimes doesn't after disabling the option from settings. They don't offer refunds because their purpose is to mislead users. Scammers!

From my TV, I was only able to hear, and no images, so I used my phone, kept losing signal, and images froze several times, I wasted $30

Paid for this service and can’t watch any thing it says subscribe, I click on subscribe it says already subscribed. Can’t get hold of any one to sort the issue. Avoid these people

Just wanted to share my terrible experience with Fanatiz in case anyone here is thinking about signing up.

Back on March 26th, I signed up for what was supposed to be a one-month free trial. Right after signing up, they instantly charged my card $63.80 — completely skipping the trial period they advertised.

To make things worse, they’ve been charging me $9.99 per month ever since. I’ve now sent them two emails — one on March 26th and a follow-up recently — and haven’t received any response at all. No refunds, no explanations, nothing.

At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. I’m asking for:
• A full refund of the $63.80 they wrongly charged me.
• A refund of all the $9.99 monthly charges.
• Immediate cancellation of my account so they stop taking my money.

I wanted to post this here to warn others. If you’re thinking about using Fanatiz, be careful — their trial offer seems like a scam, and their customer service is non-existent.

Has anyone else here had a similar issue with them? Would love to hear if anyone managed to get a refund or how you dealt with it.

Garbage streaming service. Terrible quality, too expensive for what you get, never use. Having exclusive rights to conmebol matches and being this shit should be a crime

I've been paying for this service since the beginning of this qualifying round only because there is no other way to legally stream. I would love and even pay much more to be able to watch the games (in this case Perú) from a local stream than watch this garbage from announcers that are not even familiar with the players's names and constantly mention the wrong names. WTF am I paying for?!

This company has taken over streaming in the US. They charge PER GAME!! Instead of charging monthly like other companies. This is the worst application to watch sports in the world!!

Absolute garbage of a service. Charging $30 for one single game, while vix has them all streaming. Absolutely ridiculous, stop selling them rights.

This app makes it difficult to cancel. They confirmed my cancellation on Dec 24 & have charged my card for January and February.

This is a scam. There is no customer service. Stay away. I never got my money back.

The service is super expensive, they purchased the rights to broadcast the Conmebol qualifiers and every single game is PPV, around $30 per game; there's 5 games per matchday.

Péssima transmissão. A maioria dos jogos não tem narração. O sinal interrompe no meio.

So the Brasil division 1 games have no play by play announcers. Very poor video quality basically a 2nd grade schedule service to figure out when games and at what time they are. Sure you can go to other websites and get the schedule. One of the worst sports apps on Roku I have seen. Paramount + was 1000 times better!!!!! I am not sure what they were thinking they being the powers that make these decisions when they decided to go with this lame service. Guess they made more money but nobody will be watching. Am I missing something??? Cause this service really sucks !!!!!

Fanatiz responded to my 3/29/24 complaint on Monday, 4/1/24. Not a word about the reason(s) the Portuguese Primeira Liga soccer matches FAILED to broadcast, or what Fanatiz will do now to ensure the games are 1) broadcast and 2) on time. I guess no concern there.

By the way, Fantiz failed to broadcast and I could not view 9-10 matches on 3/29, alone. Out of the goodness of their heart, they offered a $2.99 refund ($9.99 monthly fee) to offset my great disappointment in missing all league games. I couldn't be happier!!!
