Despite good website and the promise of a useful app, I'm left disappointed by the experience.
famly the app is absolute rubbish. It doesn't work neither on the phone nor on laptop. Support doesn't exist, robot chat, contact phone is +45, which is another country, (we are in +44) - it's a complete nightmare.
Somebody poured a lot of money to promote this half-baked unprofessional nonsense - I have already wasted about 2 hrs trying to install and login - and no result. Nursery is pushing all parents to use this service instead of reliable and excellent-working website. I'm extremely frustrated that I need to waste my time on this
I was wrong when talking my daughter to them they so rude please.they don't know . No one knows what going on there 😔 they not safety people.

Support staff appear new to the role and learning themselves. Some training video's are out of date. Sales rep vanished after contract was signed. etc etc

The parents love the feedback through out the day & like that they are able to add family members in to see the photos & videos of our day to day activities.

Have just gone live with Family so obviously questions crop up. Messaging Help - Always receive a prompt response and an answer to my questions. Similarly if I telephone. Have also had Zoom one to one calls for more complicated questions and on every occasion the support team have come up trumps (Not Donald!) 10/10

I contacted the Support team at Family as I had two questions regarding the app. The responses were quick and so helpful. They were able to explain things clearly and in detail which made solving the problem very easy! The staff at my child's nursery have it and they said they don't like to use it, because of the same reason - keeps on crashing, takes ages to send a message or upload something. So on paper the nursery has a cool app, in reality, neither the staff nor parents can use it.
