Chestnut hill egg noodles... I bought 3-12 oz. bags of the egg noodles they all had meal worm larva in the bag. Gross me out..never again

Just got out from working the night shift so I decided to stop at family dollar on 1227 webster ave bronx NY to buy a bottle water the person in front ask me with an attitude to leave my personal bag at the front I have my food, money and other personal thing in my bag so I told them no and why... After walking in the store the manager came up to me with a rage and told me with an unprofessional attitude that I should leave the store guess what I left not shopping here anymore...I got my water at the corner store... The workers definitely don't have proper customer service it's a shame. Not every body are thief and if you treat everyone like that then you would lose customers. This happened today sep 8 at 830am

Some products are higher than walmart, they jack up prices and you're asking to clip coupons 2r3 dollars off maybe 50 cents off but you gotta buy two and they are still higher than walmart

The James st. Family Dollar in Eastwood, Syracuse, Ny. They are courteous and proficient.

I was over charged for items and went back to store and looked at the posted prices and I was over charged and I talked to the manager and she refused to do anything about it this was in Lusk WY

Family Dollar in Orlando Florida on E Colonial Road located in a strip mall next to a nail salon. Worst store I have ever been in. There was only one employee who seemed to give a crap and she was a manager named Kat. The cashier's were extremely rude and lazy. I saw another employee, couldn't get her name but she had long hair pulled up, seemed to just wander aimlessly around doing nothing. I asked for help and was ignored by said employee, the manager Kat stepped in and assisted me. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. The absolute only employee there who is. Their prices are not worth dealing with the ignorant rude employees nor all the people begging for money outside. Highly recommend you DO NOT shop there. I'm only giving two stars for the manager Kat

I would not spend another dime in this store. I went into the Family Dollar in Springdale, Ohio on Kemper Road. The cashier demanded my age for a bottle of Robitussin I was purchasing for my 97 year old Father. I am 68 and this women spoke to me as if I were a child. She infactically told me if I did not give her my DOB, she was not going to sell it to me. I gave her a bogus DOB. She insisted I give her my correct DOB, which I felt was none of her business and furthermore, I am old enough to be Her Mother. I will never shop at this store ever again. I have also advised my friends and family of my experience with this store. I contacted their Corporate Headquarters, and they're as tacky as their store employees. No Response Whatsoever. If I could give 1/4 Star, I would.

Family Dollar located in Mount Claire Junction shopping center, Baltimore Maryland. The ONLY reason I give this store 2 stars, is because there are employees who work there, that are some of the kindest, funniest and polite employees I've ever come across.
The manager of the store (I believe her name is, Pat) is point blank lazy. She's become a joke, a meme of the store where customers ask about her when she's not visible in the store because we all know how she operates. I've taken to calling her background decor because she's always hiding when there's work to be done. She doesn't like being on the register and when she is, she does the bare minimum and is quick to go outside for a cigarette break. She pretends to be busy stocking or putting things away and when someone rings her to the front, she takes her good time answering their needs. She had a attitude recently because she was the only one working in the store but I don't blame the employees for calling out on the same day. They need to do that to her more often.
People hang outside the store waiting for customers to go in or out so they can ask them for money and instead of the manager telling these people to stop standing outside their establishment harassing customers, she just LETS it happen.
The prices have been going up before inflation because people steal and the people who actually BUY stuff have to suffer because of it. You can always look forward to a dolly or countless boxes in the middle of aisles. I've witnessed an older woman trip on one, luckily she regained her footing. Customers are always commenting on their lack of registers being open. They have 4 registers in this store and barely 2 are open. The lines will go all the way back through aisles because of this. Reading their Covid rules are laughable because a lot of those rules every Family Dollar are suppose to follow, this one doesn't. Their stock of items has gone down a lot and I've found myself going to Dollar General for the smallest things. Family Dollar is more of a convenience store now where they have more snacks and sodas in stock than anything else. Might as well drop the "Dollar" from the store name because there is absolutely NOTHING in Family Dollar that's just a dollar.

Bought a Modesa hairbrush from Family Dollar in Sanford Florida. Worst hair brush ever! Poorly put together as soon as you go to brush your hair even if it's not tangled the bristles which are all attached to a piece of rubber or plastic feels like rubber to me that is molded into the brush, but not firmly put together or glued down, so the whole thing just comes apart I can't even brush my frigging hair now! Very disappointed in this product. If they're going to make a brush that looks well, has nice colors & a nice shape, at least super glue the bristles into the brush or glue them down somehow so that as soon as you go to brush your hair the all the bristles don't separate from the rest of the brush & just fall out!

Family dollar on Hawthorne rd Gainesville fl very unprofessional and rude the bathroom is supposedly always out of service and the store is a lot cleaner than it use to be but it’s still dirty and the employees are rude and not helpful only 1 lady heather and a new young lady is helpful the store manager is loud I hear her on the phone when I do stop by and I’m going to be going to a store on the other side of town me and a few friends because of this’ll

Family dollar Located in the 12,000 block of Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL. Your manager Sharonda is known to be very nasty to people. She swore at me continually And called me white trash. Along with many other names. Police were called report made but they were not allowed to see the video. She elbowed me in strong-armed me she would not let me pass down the aisle. Just make inquiries at any of the adjoining stores and they will have stories about how rude and nasty this girl is. I never swore or threatened her but she gave her account to her general manager and I’m told I’m not allowed in the store. This is not fair.

Store#11394 from the time I walked into the store 01.20.22 14:07:47 no one was at the counter understood sometimes they have to stock inventory. So as I was headed to the counter as a young girl was walking towards the counter slow dragging her feet with her phone in her hand and texting never looking up. She waited on they guy in front of me and never put the cell phone down.
When it was my turn I asked for a price check she kept the cell phone in one hand and scanned my products with the hand, never putting the cell phone down. Never greeted me or said Thank you NOTHING!
Customer service at this location is very unprofessional

Family Dollar in Mason , Texas is first rate!!!! Crystal, Ellie and all the staff are awesome! Even the deliver truck driver is great! I dropped my credit card in the parking lot and everyone took the time to help me find it! The driver of the Family Dollar truck found it!!! Awesome folks!!

I’ve purchase the diffuser that coat $12 and the first one I purchased worked for over a year until I dropped it and it broke. But this past year I have purchased 3 more for my home. And to my surprise not a single one worked. And I couldn’t get a refund because it was opened. See that’s not right. Selling faulty products. And the consumer can’t get a refund because I refused to get anymore. So now I’m trying to see how can I get some for free. Spending my hard earned money on something that is trash. And I had to literally put in the trash. So 2 stars for this company and their products. Do better Family Dollar just do better.

As soon as I walked through the doors I saw an employee, who later turned out to be the manager, and said hello and she didn't even respond. Picked up the few items we needed, went to the counter to check out. When the item were rang up 2 items were clearly marked as "Everyday Low price $10." However it rang up $11.25. I went back 2 where the display was and took a picture of the display and showed the cashier who called the manager to come up. I showed the display that showed the items in question and she stated "Oh the arm and hammer and the scoop away are $10. The tidy cats is $11.25." When I asked why they were in the displayed and advertised as $10, she gave no explanation except, "Ya, well the tidy cats is $11.25," and would give me no other explanation and acted completely irritated that I had the nerve to ask her why they were advertised with the $10 items if they weren't $10. The 1 positive thing I can say is that the guy checking us out at the register was the 1 positive in the visit, other than that the store was a complete mess, very dirty and the shelves were about empty

This family dollar branch in Elizabeth NJ. On north broad street, is the worst branch to go into. I have never seen a business place so messy. All through the aisles are carts and boxes all over the floor. That people and kids can get injured. And nobody is taking the initiative to clear it up. You cannot even get to the shelves to get what you can for. And don't talk about having money exposed to wondering eyes to the public, while checking it. Having big gatherings using obscene languages on the floor. With don't care attitude.
Shame on this store, better management and customer service can be use in this north broad street branch. Better initiative can happen with the right people.

I love when fall approaches so that I can go to Family Dollar to purchase their latest Halloween decorations. Not so this year. I always buy the full sized either pirate, clown, bride, groom, witch or skeletons. They have plastic heads and some sort of paper/plastic bodies with wire arms and plastic hands I just love them. Not so this year 2021. Someone decided to cut costs by adding a cheap mask where the head usually is resulting in a rather cheap looking version of the rest. I didn’t buy them. If price was all issue in manufacturing them as they were why not raise the price to off set it. I certainly would have understood and paid it but I wouldn’t and didn’t add them to my decorations that I am proud to display in my yard. Boo Family dollar. Kaye Cary Tampa

I have had very bad experience with family dollar ..I recently move from jacksonville fl. To ft pierce ..and the same problem seen to keep hunting me .the stores checking in invoices but they are not checking dates on the coke product I know my self cokes are not sloww selling cause I love family dollars witch where I get my cokes there is about 20-25 cokes on shelf that have the same out dates cokes are #1 seller but this is why sales slow down thank you for taking the time to read my message and I know the problem will be taking care of
