The artwork is just wonderful! The likeness of the print to the original photo is remarkable...I have mine set as the wallpaper on my phone so I can see it all the time!!

I received my beautiful print today from family present. I sent a picture in of our beloved fur baby. Family present turned it into a beautiful watercolor. I will definitely have more photos made into watercolor treasures of my pets. My husband and I wepped when we saw are watercolor print. It will bring us years of joy as our Sweet Little did. My original portrait was sent in a brown envelope, which didn't fare well during transit, it arrived in poor condition. I contacted family present and without any hesitation they sent a second one in a very sturdy box. I'm delighted with the portrait and will definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I recently ordered a print of my wife and me with “Est. 1983” as a Mother’s Day gift. When it arrived, I noticed it unfortunately read “Eat 1983,” which was pretty disappointing.

I reached out to the company to let them know, and after a few emails, the owner personally responded and made it right. They reprinted the piece at no charge and shipped it out themselves. In fairness, the mistake was missed on both sides, including mine.

I truly appreciate the way they handled the situation. Because of that, I wouldn’t hesitate to order more prints in the future and would definitely recommend giving them a try.
