Awful awful service, no understanding. Kept my $110, and both blankets
I have reached out to them 3 times.
I only get Rote responses that were clearly preprogrammed.
I got really really sick, and stuck thousands of miles from home. I had severe complications with my order and never received it.
They will not even tell me if the order was returned to them. Three times, I received rote responses about the claim time for the order is passed. No compassion, no understanding for a really unusual situation. I sure didn't want to be so sick thousands of miles from home. I know this isn't their fault that I was sick. Not at all. But offer to let me pay shipping to send the blankets again. Offer something. They kept my $110, and I assume got the blankets back also. To me, that's not ok. I wish I could give no stars at all
