Rug was not neutral colored, bright orange was main color. It took an entire month to get the rug, and the return process was so expensive that it cost more than the rug itself. So they gave me a tiny refund and I’m now stuck with a hundreds of dollars rug that I don’t like.
The reason for 3 stars is the rug itself is nice quality.

Ordered and paid for a rug almost a month ago and they still can't tell me when I'll receive it after repeated requests. Will report back how refund process goes. I would strongly avoid this company.

You know what they say... If it looks too good to be true, it probably is! The rug I got was cheap-looking and oddly shiny. There was no email confirmation, receipt, or packing slip and when I emailed them about a return there was no response. If you order from them I hope the rug you get is better than the one I got, because you won't be able to return it.

They have a beautiful selection of rugs! I found a unique one that I loved. There's also a lot of options for various room sizes. I would definitely recommend finding your new rug with them!

Took a star off for long delivery time and rug bit thinner than expected but very pleased overall. Quality seems good and very happy to find a long rug ( not standard size)

I recently purchased a rug from these people .
The one they advertised was vibrant pink the one they sent me was dull and dark nothing like the rug advertised .
Dealing with these people was very difficult they are not helpful .
Fortunately I bought through Etsy who were extremely helpful with excellent customer service and they got me a full refund .
I would not recommend anybody purchasing from them .

In summary: The dishonesty from "Mary" at Fame Rugs has been astounding. This is not a professional company.

I placed an order for a rug from Fame Rugs on October 25th 2022. Two weeks later, having no confirmation or status update, I emailed for several days, asking for an order update, finally gave up, bought elsewhere, and asked Fame to cancel and refund my order. The following day I received an email completely ignoring my cancellation request, saying it'd be shipped soon. I responded repeatedly asking to cancel the order, and was again ignored until another week later they emailed saying the rug was about to arrive.

Fame refused to comply with their return policy and pay for return shipping, and instead suggested that I sell the rug and they would refund the difference up to 20% of the price. Super weird and unprofessional, but with little other recourse I did sell the rug, and have spent 15 months trying to get the $68 difference refunded. The excuses are getting absurd: "Credit card isn't working", "Venmo stuck in pending", "Will process when I get to the office", "Have asked my manager to process".

Do not give them your money.

We had a great experience getting our rug here. They reached out to let us know that there'd be a slight delay in delivery, which I totally understood. I let them know we'd be excited to receive it whenever it comes. Nonetheless, the rug was delivered very quickly, even faster than I would have thought. And it's perfect, absolutely everything we wanted for our space. The colors are vibrant and true to the photographs on their website. I'd recommend!

I ordered 2 rugs in November. I received one, which I am happy with. My second rug was shipped to the wrong address and I had to bend over backwards to get in touch with someone about it. They promised that a replacement rug would be shipped a week ago…. Of course it has not shipped and nobody is answering my messages on how to get it to ship! I don’t think I have ever left a review for anything but I feel compelled to because of how frustrating this experience has been. It’s too bad bc I do love the first rug I received… but I wouldn’t order another one because of the horrible time I’ve had trying to track down this second rug. Bummer

While they do have pretty rugs it’s unfortunate the customer service is not great. The website is misleading and doesn’t let you know it’s coming from another country (making returning basically impossible) and when not receiving a rug for several months, and asking to cancel the item - said it was being canceled and then shipped several months later and not made whole is concerning. The response was less than appropriate from them stating “I hope karma comes your way…” I would avoid using them at all costs unless you order the rugs through Amazon to take them out of the equation for purchasing.

Don’t hesitate to buy a rug from FAME. I just ordered my 4th rug from here. They are just as pictured and described and quality for price is good. I have had so many compliments. Their customer service is great too. Mary is amazing and does her best to get the rug to you as quickly as possible. I received all my rugs within 2 weeks. Order your rug….. you won’t be disappointed!

Shipped the completely wrong item. Wrong size, wrong description, did not match the picture. Now they want me to pay the cost to ship it back to Turkey. Shipping would be 3 times cost of rug. They said I'll get a partial refund....they lied,I got nothing. UPDATE: Your reply is not true. You agreed the rug was wrong by email. You promised a refund but didn't issue it.Where is my refund?

Somebody please tell me how to contact a real person there. I bought 3 of the same rug. I received ONE. I have a dispute with my CC company now. I just want the rugs. Please if you have their customer service number I need it.

The quality of the rugs are not great. They are vey thin and Fame Rugs lies to their consumers; I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my final rug (we ordered 3) to even be picked up by FedEx. I have spoken to chat representatives numerous times only to be told that my shipping information will get updated when it gets updated.

Bought a washable rug from them. The description explicitly said it was washable. We washed it cold water, gentle cycle with gentle detergent and air dried it. Rug was absolutely ruined - fabric pilled up and rug shrank substantially -and this company refused to stand behind their product. I will never buy a rug for this place again.

Zero stars! Scam site. No confirmation receipt except for credit card payment. No way to track order or confirmation number. This is a site through turkey. Beware! Reported as fraud.
