Very Bad service from Famaideal.
Ordered some hair products. They did not deliver the package but said they did. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Famaideal could not show me proof of delivery either. Not satisfied and would not recommend this supplier as they have lousy customer service.

Eigentlich würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Ich habe dort ein Produkt bestellt und auch bezahlt. Jedoch behauptet der “Kundenservice“ ich hätte noch nicht bezahlt. Hab dann einen Beleg von der Überweisung gesendet. Seitdem kam nichts mehr zurück. Ich werde nun einen Anwalt einschalten

Commande passée et débitée de mon compte mais sur mon espace client à priori aucune commande n'a été passée et je n'ai reçu aucun mail de confirmation !
Plusieurs mails de réclamation plus tard, aucune réponse.. Produits non expédiés et pas de remboursement.. Une arnaque !
Je vous déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site.

I ordered my hair products on the 5th of September 2022 from Le Mans in France.
To date, 14th of September I have still not received my order. I have written 4 emails asking where my order is and tried calling them on the number they give on their website at least a dozen times. It rings, the welcome message comes on “Bonjour et bienvenue à Famaideal then it goes to the busy signal.
I am truly hoping that this is not a scam and that I will be receiving my order soon. The money was taken out of my account on the same day as the order.
UPDATE
Finally received the product 3 weeks after the order was made. The product is wonderful and I have been using it for years. I did suggest that they update their website as to the time the delivery takes.
Not sure how an order can take 3 weeks to come from Spain to France. Can’t blame it on the pandemic anymore 😉

El precio que te dicen cuando realizas tu pedido, no es lo que realmente te cobran, luego te sacan más dinero, además si no tienen el producto que pides en stock y te tienen que enviar otro que es de menor precio no te rembolsan el dinero, los llamas mil y una veces y lo único que hacen en engañarte. SON UNOS LADRONES!!!

Compro hace años y la verdad nunca he tenido ningún problema .

I've ordered before reading all the reviews about this website and I admit that I was a bit afraid about not receiving my order. Honestly everything went very well with me. The package came in few days via Mondial Relay. All the products were pretty much well packaged as expected. I do not question negative reviews but with me everything went very well. Serious website.

Muy buen servicio. No tenían el producto ya que se había agotado. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo para devolverme el dinero, como les dije que esperaba, de nuevo contactaron conmigo para darme una solución. Solución con la que estuvimos de acuerdo ambos. I normally don't leave reviews but I thought i'd help out with my contribution as this website is legit. I received my parcel yesterday and the items came impeccable. Took around 10 days to arrive but eventually got here. Throughout the wait I got a bit anxious as it was taking too long, but their customer service is excellent. they replied back to me and assured me that the parcel was on its way and it sure was. Very satisfied customer here famaideal. Thank you very much. Will be ordering again.

Hola bueno en mi experiencia los productos Si son buenos, sin embargo realice un pedido ellos lo modificaron por que no había un esmalte pero no me llamaron a indicarme qué estaba agotado solo lo modificaron así que yo me.comunique con ellos por que me llegó el correo y eso me parece una mala atención al cliente adicional no hice un pedido de 20 o 30 euros si no de un valor considerable y como amabilidad por no haber enviado uno de los productos digo pudieron haber enviado por lo menos una lima pero no envían nada me parecen muy desatentos y así no cuidan los clientes por mi parte no creo volver a pedir por que no me gustó su atención

Livré depuis Barcelone en presque 2semaines, parfait comme décrit. Je n’avais juste pas reçu d’émail, mais le colis est arrivé à bon port j’ai reçu un suivi de la poste 2/3jours avant la réception.

FATAL. No compraría allí otra vez jamas.
Pedi un producto por error, les escribi al momento para cancelarlo y no me contestan por ningún medio; no solo eso, me envian el producto a los 3 días, a pesar de haberlo cancelado

After reading all the good and specially the bad reviews, I decided to take a risk with this firm (Famaideal) and order 3 hair products. Not just to see if the firm would be loyal and send me the products but because they have the shampoo and conditioner I was looking for all my life and they ship to the UK. With this I decided to take a chance with them!!
After I placed my order with the products I needed, 2 days later I received an email with the tracking number. I could track where the parcel was pretty much all the time when in transit.
Parcel arrived in the UK (at my home) after 2 weeks from the purchase (from Spain).
Not bad at all. I will continue to purchase from them, as it went very smooth!
Over all I did had a lovely experience with Famaideal and the products are amazing!

few days later after order they wrote that can't send parcel-don't have this items next month. offered to refund money, but I didn't get nothing.

No refund and no response to emails.

Cuando recibo el producto no es el que yo quería. Y es que la descripción del producto en la página web era errónea. Por lo que pido la devolución, y antes de contestarme cambiaron la información de la página web. ¡Vaya picaresca la de Rosa Bejarano! Que deja mucho que desear en sus contestaciones ( ¿a dónde vas? manzanas traigo). No hay atención telefónica. Iba a devolver el producto. Pero es una empresa en la que no confío que me vayan a devolver el dinero, y me vaya a quedar sin dinero ni producto. No volveré a comprar más. E invito a los usuarios a que no compren.

I was suspicious given the mixed reviews here on trustpilot, but I have to say that my order arrived 10 days after I put it in (ahead of time: the website states the expected wait time for my products - Lola Cosmetics - is 15-25 days), and everything is there and intact. I'm perfectly satisfied with them, especially given the very good delivery price to Germany, and I'll be ordering again from them in the future.

J'ai passé une commande le 24 Fevrier et Je ne pas reçu aucun mail de confirmation. Je essayé de joidre mon compte avec mon identifient et mon mots de passe mais pas possible car le site ne me reconnais pas. J'ai peur car je pense que je me suis fait avoir.

10 de febrero 2021.. realice un pedido con ellos y enseguida tuve una duda que el pedido pueda el correcto. Solicité que se comunicaran vía telefónica para resolver las dudas Antea del envío del mismo y tengo que decir ... que la atención fue de 10 .. se comunicaron corrigieron mi pedido y me llegó en 3 días ... esta es mi experiencia. Espero seguir comprando y recibir la misma atención por que así da gusto. Agradecida.
