SCAMMMMM - they are not real they take your money and not respond. I have been chasing them for over two weeks since i made a purchased and nothing yet!

Products are very poor quality, ill-fitting, cheaply made. I'm not even going to ask for a refund, such was the poor standard of service. These trousers will go to a charity shop for some oddly shaped customer. What a load of highly overpriced rubbish

Shocking company! Do not use. Total scam. My husband ordered walking trousers. Too small. They were reluctant to give returns form and actually quite rude. We returned them in January at a cost of £14. Royal Mail delivered them back today 10th July - Return to sender.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a pair of sandals which when they arrived looked nothing like the picture on the website website. They were uncomfortable. I returned them and asked for a refund. I was told I had to pay the return postage which was £3.80. They told me they would refund my £37.95 when they receive the parcel but I still have received nothing and this is two months later.

Website in UK has now gone .. ordered trousers which weren’t good emailed the company they replied offering £10 refund have emailed them today .. email returned.. this company is still operating in the USA… now going to try and claim it back from bank .. why is the world become such a scamming scene

Oh my what a dreadful company, I was sent a pair of trainers that I didnt order, somehow almost £50 was taken from my account. Contacted them & explained, they offered me a £20 refund & said I could keep the trainers ! No good to me at all, I insisted a wanted my money back ! They are now offering me a £10 refund !!!!
How on earth is this company continuing to operate !!

Really big scammers cancelled my order refused to give delivery time. Blocked my email, total scammers you seriously need to avoid this company I’m claiming back off credit card now but have to wait 30 days absolute rip off!

Item arrived after two weeks, didnt fit, asked to refund as I wouldnt be able to resize it in time before i travel, told theres a £20 refund fee on a £44 product. Plus I pay for return shipping.

I was stupid to spend £119 on 3 pair's of X.L. tactical trousers.
2 pair's fitted me , whilst the 3rd pair were too small ( NO STANDARDISATION)
I have sent approximately 12 email's to NO
AVAIL.
They just don't want to know!!!! ( CROOKS)

Con artists don't buy this clothing as sending things back is a problem if I did send my thing back would of been left with less that half of purchase price as they recon £20 handling fee is fare set no instructions anyway I will sell it myself will never buy off this site again rip offs merchants

Do not purchase any items from this supposed UK seller.
The site shows its a UK based company, UK email even a mobile phone number.
My purchase is of poor quality and doesn't work correctly.
I contacted the company and all of my replies come from China. They have offered me a refund of £15 on a £95 purchase. No thanks.
They have refused a full refund and insist that the return has to go back to China at my expense.
Please avoid this company and pass on the information to all.
Lastly, change your credit card, cut up the old one and start anew.

Ordered trousers 36W36L, received trousers sized XL, leg length only 32" - way too short. After several emails offered £6 refund against £39.99 paid. If I want to return trousers it has to be their warehouse in China.
Would not recommend ordering from this website.

Total scam.... . Although paying for a quicker delivery dare. The order took nearly four weeks to arrive and when it did arrive the item received did not resemble the item ordered. Ordered 32 x 34 trousers, what arrived was something close to 24 x 26.....I contacted the company asking for a refund. They offered me one third if my total outlay as a refund... I repeatedly asked them to exchange, but they just keep replying with emails that do not address the issue and are often written in pigeon English. They totally avoid trying to resolve the issue in line with current customer service rights expected of UK trade. Communications with them takes for ever, and although I've asked fir a UK customer services telephone number nothing is forthcoming. The UK intro is likely just a front and their bussiness model and bussiness ethics are not fit for purpose. Avoid buying from them, you'll be disappointed. My experience started in December 2024 and continues. I've accepted i am unlikely to get this resolved farely and have to accept the loss.

I do not recommend anything related to this company, I ordered a few things for my husband as a gift for Christmas, my order arrived with a 2 week delay jacket wrongly sewn trousers small. I wanted to return them but the seller initially wanted to return me 15f where I paid 143f. a.when I still insisted on returning the goods they sent me the address to the factory to China I would send them there at my own expense. the phone number given on the site is not an active address also because there I wanted to send back the order but I was informed that it is not the correct address. and on the news emails respond only at night but still does not come to an agreement. in one word all the information on the site is a lie - phone address service and easy return within 30 days

An absolute scam. Sizes offered on the website show waist and inside leg length - but what turns up is S,M,L,XXL etc. so a refund was asked for (after numerous attempts by the company to get me to accept a small refund) then they give you an address in China to return the goods to… despite being shipped from the UK…

The trousers were not true to size and I have sent numerous emails, live chats about returning and no reply from the company , this was within 2 days of receiving item which I had to chase in the first instance. I would not recommend this company

The trousers i ordered are the best combat style i have ever bought
Lovely quality and the best fitting that I own. These will be perfect for my music festivals plenty of secure pockets too
Very good price and will be ordering another pair nearer the summer with different pattern
Didn't realise it would be coming from China but didn't make a difference really ordered on a Thursday and received the next Thursday very quick

Absolutely shocking quality and wrong sizes and not as described on website. From china not UK.
