I own a Christmas stand which is…
I own a Christmas stand which is lovely. However when getting this out for the second year all the ink on the wording has run making the stand look very cheap. This was stored in a dry place so no it wasn’t stored incorrectly. I contacted them and they agreed to send out a replacement topper, however 5 months later I am still waiting for this. I’ve contacted them several times asking for tracking details but no reply. Seems they’re happy to take your money (and it’s not cheap)! But aftercare isn’t very good.

Received my shelf in damaged condition
Received my shelf. Love it. Would have gave 5 stars but the condition it came in was not acceptable. Due to the delivery company . I now have a lovely shelf with a marked/ damaged end. Was a gift to me for a special birthday, they paid £75 for the shelf. Fall with grace have not dealt with it in a professional way.
Sorry katie think you may have got me mixed up with some one else’s order. Just looked back on emails, slow response with no offer of shipping label. First response was it will dry out. So my husband put it up on wall.

I am really disappointed to read this review, given that I responded to you offering you to return the shelf to us for it to be fixed after we worked out it wasn't drying out - however you had it on the wall already. I followed up with further emails as you were still unhappy with the damp damage, again offering for it to be returned to us. I am unsure what more I could have done?

Couldn't be happier!
Im not really one to leave reviews. I think this is my first ever one I have left, but I had to write it.
If you are like me, taking ages to place an order. Do it. Just do it.
I ordered shelves, and honestly the quality of them are outstanding.
I literally gasped as I took them out of the box. They look amazing on the website but even better in person.
Its plain to see each one is made like they were making it for thier own homes.
To top it off, the service from this company was fantastic. So helpful and responsive.
I cannot wait to order more products and I cant see this small company staying small for long.
Im so happy i found them on instagram. Thank you so much fall with grace.

Beautiful shelves
I received my shelves yesterday and I love them! So much so they were straight in the wall. Delivery is 2/3 weeks from placing the order but well worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering some more.

Ordered from Ireland as I couldn't find something similar nearer. Customer service was brilliant and all queries responded to. Shelves were delivered around 3 weeks later as stated and they are beautiful. The quality is really good. Customs was €30 for 2 shelves. Worth the cash in my opinion. After seeing lots of products flying…
After seeing lots of products flying around Instagram we decided we would purchase from fall from Grace- many rustic shelves later, we are absolutely delighted with the design, the attention to detail is incredible and they make such a statement to any home.
Then we receive the wax burner with copious waxes- wow! Just wow, this is a stunning accessory to any home, with stunning hand packed packaging, absolutely beautiful and the waxes are amazing, smells that fill the whole house with delight. Good work Katie and team, definitely recommend.

What a beautiful company ! I have received my candle holder and was blown away by the quality.
It’s even nicer in real life and the pictures do not do it justice. Great value for money for such a lovely, fantastic quality product.

Beautiful alphabet board which will be so helpful for our son
Thank you for the beautiful personalised alphabet board you made for our son. He is 10 years old, has autism and hyper-mobility in his fingers. He struggles with letter formation but this board will allow him to trace the letters and hopefully help him remember. It is such a great idea. I can see it being so useful to so many children with special needs who struggle with writing. I will be recommending it to other parents. Thank you again, your products are beautiful!

So over priced I asked about a small discount as I have twins and wanted to purchase two stands. Owner refused, more interested in publicity from Stacey Solomon than gaining actual custom. Would not recommend.

Sorry you feel our stands are overpriced. They are handmade and each stand is unique, a lot of time effort and money goes into making them. The cost of wood has risen by 48% since Covid so our profit margin has already taken a big hit and I haven’t raised the prices as I don’t wish to upset loyal customers. We recently offered a site wide 10% offer - that you possibly didn't see.
Also, I’m grateful to Stacey Solomon for her help to promote small businesses.. Perhaps without her help you wouldn't even know about us. Stacey has massively helped and supported us, so I’m not going to apologise for that. Stacey's kindness and support for zero in return will always hold a special place here with us. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you at the time you requested a discount. I feel your negative comments are slightly unfair especially given that you don't even own a stand, but we all have our own opinions. Have a lovely evening. Katie x
Amazing junior and baby stand
I have had both the baby stand and the junior stand from Fall with Grace and both are just amazing, good quality wood has been used for these and they are a feature point in both of my childrens room. In my older child's room it helps him to get himself dressed of a morning which helps me alot. The customer service is out of this world also xxx

Great customer service
A product that has been hand crafted with love and it shows! I’m in absolute love with my baby stand. Not only will it help my busy days but it looks beautiful too. I ordered a baby stand a little last minute and messaged to ask if there was anything they could do. I was shocked at how fast it arrived on my door step. Thank you for such great customer service.
