We purchased a 3 in 1 Hot Water Tap from Fahren to complement our new kitchen and have to say are delighted with it.

It looks stylish has performed immaculately so far and am pleased to say we have no need for a kettle any more.

Fahren delivered the tap on time as ordered to complete an easy process and it was quick and easy to install as per the instructions.

I bought a 2L water heater and tap in December 2021. Cut a long story short I had a few issues, but every time, I had a quick response and sorted within days. Because I kept on having issues, one of the owners of the company and engineer came to my home, 3.5 hrs drive to Wales. Very professional, polite and knowledable on their products. Turns out my water pressure was over 8 bars coming into the house, the unit was not designed for such high pressure. They fitted a new unit and tap there and then, advised us on having a regulator fitted to reduce the pressure, which we did the same day. Pleased to say the unit is working as it should. I must add we went through 3 units, this is our fourth. The unit was not at fault, it was our water pressure. Never crossed our minds that was causing the issues. I cannot thank the team enough. Its the best thing ever to have literally hot water on tap. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. We will buy again.

This is the best addition to my kitchen! We use the boiling water feature every time atleast 10 times during the day. The water filter is great too, specially with kids in the house the fact that water is filtered is quite reassuring. The look and feel of the tap is superb. Looks very moden, and the gold is a brushed gold colour, understated but still luxurious. I researched quite a bit to find a tap in the UK market and this one is definitely the best out there.

I bought a Fahren 3 in 1 tap and can’t recommend it highly enough. Looks good, easy to install and reliable. Worth the money.

I've chosen Fahren as it offers filtered cold water and boiling water option’s at a very reasonable price. When I contacted Fahren’s Customer service with a question regarding the product, I received a quick and helpful response. They have a contact option to text them on WhatsApp! amazing!

I had my Fahren 4in1 tap installed around 6 months ago and it’s been a game changer!! Instant boiling hot water whenever we need it. No more kettle and no more bottled water. Just fantastic.

Purchased my tap assy in Dec 2021, Ufortunately had a problem with the thread on one of the supply tubes.Informed Faren 23/12,replacement arived 24/12 Up and working later that day.Ex customer service. No probs until May 2022.F4 fault showing on display. Once again informed Fahren who replaced with updated boiler.Arived next day fitted and working. Oly prob now is the filter doesn't seem to be stopping scale from forming in the boiler.Will replace with new when it arrives and hope.

An amazing looking tap mines in A Polished Gold effect, compliments the matching Sink & other accessories in my kitchen, Very Easy To Use & Well Priced I’m impressed by the quality & Functionality as it’s filtered water too… 10/10 👌🏽

Overall, after 6 months use, we are very pleased with the 4 in 1 unit, which is a decent h/c tap and has proven to be very convenient for providing boiled and filtered cold water as designed.

Gave me a free upgrade as they are discontinuing old range. Yet to install but it looks beautiful. Seem like a really nice company where you can contact them if any problems arise.

Bought a fahrenheit tap last year for our new kitchen. Got it fitted in December ready for Christmas absolutely love it use it for making teas and also cooking saves a lot of time. Recently it started leaking water at the bottom of the tank and eventually showed an error code. I contacted the support via WhatsApp I got a reply within 10 mins and was told someone would contact me the next day. An hour later I got a call from david who said he would send me a new unit out and for the inconvenience he would upgrade to the next size 2 days later I fitted the new boiler. Would recommend the company alot cheaper than other boiling tap companies.

Got this Matte Black Swan Neck 4 in 1 Instant Boiling Water Tap. Great product with pleasing looks. Instant coffee and teas are a jiffy now.
