Faerly Omdömen

I have ordered from Faerly several times over the last few years and each time I have a wonderful experience.

Communication around the order - confirmation, dispatch, delivery time is always prompt and clear, and I usually receive my order within 24 hours, even on a Saturday!

I order Co2 cylinders from Faerly for my Aarke sparkling water maker. When I have ordered them from elsewhere there have been issues however they are always in perfect condition from Faerly.

I've also used their Co2 return scheme and within 24 hours of it being collected, the credit was in my account and another 24 hours later my new Co2 cylinders were here!

I've contacted their customer service with a query before and a real human (James) answered so genuinely and kindly, and it was clearly not a copy and paste reply. This in itself would make me order from the company but all of the above combined make Faerly my favourite company to order from and now I check their website first before ordering any kind of home products.

Excellent company, great customer service, prompt delivery!

A curated selection of gorgeous, sustainable products, often from Irish producers, beautifully packaged and rapidly delivered. I recently bought two gift boxes for friends who got engaged and they Loved them. I will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you James and Eoin!

Great company to deal with, absolutely speedy delivery and we’re shopping in Ireland

I’ve had great experiences with this little Irish company. I bought a carbonator and a water filter jug over the past couple of years. I buy the gas refills and the filter packs regularly and I’m really pleased with both. Customer service is really good and delivery is always quick.

I ordered a safety razor and it came very quickly. All the packaging was plastic free which I was delighted to see and it included a hand written note. I would definitely order from them again

This company is so amazing, the products are good quality and the delivery was very quick.

Faerly really are the best! My order arrived in record time and all the team who I dealt with through the chat were really helpful and nice. Super professional and good value. Will be buying again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful quality eco friendly products and packaging, thoughtful personal touches and speedy delivery. Really happy with my order and I'll definately be ordering again.

First time ordering from Faerly. Seamless process and when a small delay happened (on the couriers’ side) Janes at Faerly was quick to resolve and great communication throughout the process. Great customer service and great product line.

Excellent efficiency

Lovely small Irish business with delightful little gift boxes and hampers. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Faerly. Both times they have kept me well informed on how my order is doing.
The delivery is fast, I placed my order pm Thursday, and received it pm today, Saturday. Everything comes nicely individually wrapped, and packaged with plenty of padding, in a good strong box. They also send a hand written card thanking me for my order.
No complaints…..I cannot fault them!

Great service all around. Their online store is really great and has an amazing selection of products from lots of small and sustainable Irish businesses! The delivery was supper speedy - only 2 days! It's a great shopping experience all around!
