Thankyou Ian for helping me with a full refund after I had mistakingly ordered the wrong stuff. He even suggested a more suitable supplement for a beginner such as myself. Great customer service and all within less than 24 hours. I shall be returning

I've spent £00s with these lot (PH UK), yet their customer service is terrible. My most recent complaint is ordering a product on their "free shipping" weekend offer, only to be stung with customs charge. Which they offered to reefund or credit to me, but of course, nearly 3 weeks later, they haven't.
