Delivery
Delivery - not advised that delivery is a drop and go without notification 📢 until the driver leaves the site! I told factory fast I walk with a walker and transporting from the building front door to the 7th floor with lots of one steps into the building would not be possible with a huge heavy queen bed delivery. Bad luck nothing was done to be remotely helpful!

Svar från FactoryFast
We’re sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced with your delivery and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand your concerns regarding the size and weight of the bed base and your personal circumstances. Our team did communicate your delivery instructions to the courier and advised prior to delivery that assistance to your apartment door could not be guaranteed.
As with most bulky item deliveries, the courier's standard service is to an accessible ground-floor entrance, with drivers generally unable to transport items inside buildings or to upper floors.
We regret that the delivery arrangements did not meet your needs and appreciate your feedback. Should you require any further assistance, please contact us at cs@factoryfast.com.au.

This is a great product
This is a great product. Takes making your own sourdough bread so much easier because the slicing hassle has now been reduced trying to cut through a crusty loaf especially the base with a trusty bread has caused my existing carpal tunnel to flair up, the bread slicer has eliminated that painful experience and now my slices are uniform :D

Svar från FactoryFast
It's wonderful to hear that your new bread slicer has made such a difference! Being able to enjoy your homemade sourdough without the struggle of cutting through a tough crust is exactly what we love to hear. We're especially pleased it's made the process more comfortable for you. Thanks so much for sharing your experience!

I was tricked
It's a replacement kit not the wall bed itself
As it does not say on the title for the title said "king single DIY wall bed hardware kit with Black handle-frame and mechanism for custom build" and in the description they have differently "DIY wall bed frame and hardware kit with door handle" and in the pictures they show the whole bed, don't be deceived

We’re sorry the item wasn’t what you expected, and thank you for sharing your concerns. This product is a DIY wall bed frame and hardware kit for a custom build, rather than a complete wall bed or solely a replacement kit.
The listing notes that cabinetry and other storage furniture are not included, and images showing cabinetry are for illustration purposes only. We understand your concern about the photos and wording. Please contact cs@factoryfast.com.au with your order details so we can assist.
