I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased their service and hired a developer, but the website was never properly completed. Communication was extremely poor — my messages were ignored, and there was no proper support.
I expected professionalism and timely delivery, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Because of this experience, I gave them a 0 rating and would not recommend purchasing services or hiring developers from this platform.
Very unprofessional and unreliable service.

Artisia Walls: We’re sorry you feel this way. As per our service policy, the initial store design was completed and delivered within the committed 24-hour timeframe.
Additional revision requests made several days later may require a new scope discussion.
That said, we’re always open to resolving concerns. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly so we can thoroughly review your case and find a fair solution.
