I ordered two 250ml bottles of Biologique Recherche (Lotion P50 and P50 PIGM 400). While I’m a long-time P50 user, this was my first time buying from Facialiste.com, and I’m thoroughly impressed.

The delivery was fast, and everything was beautifully and securely packaged. I loved the thoughtful addition of gift samples and a lovely tote bag. It’s wonderful to find a trustworthy shop with such excellent customer service and care. I will definitely be ordering again!

Worst online shopping service that I have experienced in my life. I am making an order abroad as I am on vacation, and I got questioned by David as to why I am where I am, why this and that credit card was used and so on... This feels like an interogation, all because I made an order of 200 eurs. It's incredible how you treat your customers, never again... Having to explain why the order was made from a country that is not my own is crazy..

Service au top, comme d'habitude. Je viens d'essayer la nouvelle crème "MEC" et j'avoue qu'en vraie addict à Biologique Recherche, le fait que cette crème-gel se porte (apparemment) sans P50 m'a un peu décontenancée. Je reconnais cependant que le rendu sur le visage est exceptionnel et convient très bien aux températures estivales. Pour les effets sur le long terme, je fais confiance à BR !!
