Hi CJD,

We’re really sorry to hear about your frustration with the packaging on your Peptide Firming Eye Cream. We completely understand how disappointing it is when product is wasted, that’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have.

The eye cream comes in an aluminium tube, which can become a little over-pressurised during transport. This occasionally causes some product to dispense when the cap is first removed, even without applying pressure.

A few tips that can help:

Before opening, gently tap the tube on a flat surface while upright to let air move to the top.

Open it slowly and upright to release any built-up pressure gradually.

Store at room temperature and avoid keeping the tube in warm or humid places.

Our team is reviewing the packaging to minimise this issue in future batches. Please reach out to us at help@facetheory.com, we’d be happy to arrange a replacement or another suitable solution for you.
