I’ve been going to Fatou for 3 years now. I went to her because I had a stroke and I wasn’t confident in my appearance. She made me feel comfortable when she asked what I wanted and gave me advice. I’m completely satisfied with her service and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Fatou for skin consultations..and omg she’s been so helpful🥹she explained everything very professionally and in great detail..she is great vibe to be around !

Fatou is one of the most experienced aestheticians I have ever met, I’m usually very picky with who I let give me treatments and she is extremely knowledgeable and the results show that. I used to have deep set hyperpigmentation and marks and after a series of chemicals peels and microneedling my skin has never looked better. I’m really grateful for the results, I receive a lot of compliments on my skin, genuinely recommend

I first visited this clinic back in 2025 for facials and microneedling, and I’ve had such a positive experience from the start. The treatments were always carried out professionally, and I noticed a real improvement in my skin it became smoother, clearer, and more radiant over time.

I also completed training here in 2025-2026, and the experience was just as good. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt supported throughout. The training was hands on and really helped build my confidence.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality treatments or professional training❤️

I’ve been coming here for around two years now for IV drips and PRP treatments, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of care, professionalism, and knowledge is unmatched. Every treatment is carried out thoroughly, and I’ve always felt completely comfortable and looked after.

Over time we’ve actually become good friends as well, which just shows how genuine and welcoming the whole experience is. It never feels transactional, there’s real care behind everything.

I’ve had consistently great results, especially with PRP, and the whole process is always smooth from start to finish. I’ve never had any issues at all, and I genuinely look forward to my appointments every time.

Absolutely terrible service, i payed for 10 laser hair removal full body sessions and wasn’t refunded until I contacted my bank. I had first interacted with this business through instagram asking about different chemical peels and laser hair removal they have. Then a few days later I payed for the laser hair removal sessions through that time, I booked with mariam, I went on instagram to message her about my patch test , where I had been blocked , I later asked why and she said it was because I was “asking too many questions” and she “didnt want to go back and forth with Me”. A few days later I was unblocked, I messaged her asking for a date of the patch test, she then called me a day before saying she was unable to make it and delayed it a week. Then on the day she text me in the morning to delay it by 5-6 hours which I said I couldn’t do. When I arrived at her “clinic” she had me waiting outside over 10-15 minutes for her to come down and open the door. When I went inside she didn’t greet me she just said to enter and sit. She didn’t introduce herself and didn’t smile once, I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, she then did a patch test on me very quickly. The whole consultation lasted about 5-10 minutes. This was the first big red flag, I then had a reaction from the laser which made my skin irritated. When I had informed the owner fatou, she accused me of lying because according to her none of her other clients had reacted this way. She then proceeded to call me rude and said to contact my bank for a refund as she “didn’t know how to” , bare in mind it was around £1000. I then had no other option other than to contact my bank for a refund, this process took over a month and put me under a lot of stress. I had to screenshot and send all my messages. At one point I messaged fatou to see if she can try again to refund me, this is where she said that she couldn’t because mariam no longer works here and even if she wanted to she couldn’t access the money because it was booked under mariam. Despite this being her business what she was implying is that Mariam has taken the money , when I told her she is responsible because she is the owner , she became very aggressive and started to name call, saying I am rude and have a really bad way of speaking. I then asked her if she could get into contact with Mariam , because despite Mariam handling my booking, fatou was still responsible as the owner . And somehow she couldn’t access the money which is a weird thing to say because the owner is 100% responsible for handling money and her business. She said that it was not my business to know where my money is. I was really confused on how someone can act so unprofessionally. She stopped replying to me which is where I took the situation further and wrote a formal complaint of her business to trading standards. I was advised to do this by the bank when I told my situation over the phone to the bank , where he had seen all the conversation and screenshots. He was shocked by how this “business owner” could act like that. I just want to share my experience so other people don’t have to go through the same emotional stress and difficultly as I did. She lied and said the bank had rejected my request for a refund in a reply to another review , it was for the bank to have more details on the situation not that it was rejected. She is a very rude inconsiderate person and I would never go near her so called “ business” again. She has been reported to trading standards. In her response she is also again lying, the bank did not confirm that. The money went into your account and later the bank refunded it back to me because you didn’t respond to their letter. Even by your response people can tell you are not professional.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in an aesthetics or beauty clinic period. The clinic itself is comfortable & luxurious and practitioner FBC was extremely detail oriented and precise. Listened to all of my concerns & answered all of my queries. She solved a lot of my aesthetics concerns that I thought couldn’t be improved upon. Offered and explained to me multiple different treatment options that would work for me & catered to my concerns ensuring each treatment was tailored to perfection.
I came into the clinic initially with a fear of needles & left without one because FBC had such a warmth and professionalism about her that I ended up getting all the treatments I’ve always wanted and researched but never thought I could manage because of my phobia. I got Botox, fillers & a skin booster all for the first time and I’m in love with my results. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended. I’m receiving so many compliments & feel rejuvenated the results speak for themselves.

Lovely experience. Fatou was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable about skincare even for a man who is just starting out. I was there for a short time, but I don’t feel anxious about taking care of my skin now because I have someone I can trust to answer my questions! Will return.

Fatou is such a lovely person and a great practitioner. I really loved my session and I can’t wait to go. I found her on TikTok and I’m so glad I did! I got lemon bottle treatment and she has helped me feel so comfortable and at ease and gave me all the right information. I loved you get a water bottle as part of the treatment. She is so nice and caring and talked me through every steps and I felt so welcomed and comforted. The clinic so clean and fresh and I love the design. Can’t wait to see her and visit again!

I stumbled on facesbyFBC on instagrams by accident and it’s defo the best experience. Fatou is professional, engaging and by far supporting in my treatment journey with her, I’ve seen amazing results from 3 weeks into my treatment. The salon is beautiful, clean and a great atmosphere to be in. Am so happy that I stumbled on her page, she’s definitely my beauty therapist for life. Fatou gives great advise on suitable treatments plans.

Friendly and professional. Fatou, is amazing at what she does! I have already booked twice within the space of a couple of weeks and have moved on to her skincare services. I received 0.5ml of lip filler and 1ml of chin filler, both of which look extremely natural and have subtly enhanced my face. The clinic has a beautiful boutique feel and is extremely clean. I would definitely recommend "Faces by FBC" to anyone, especially if you're looking for someone who can genuinely do it all.

Her clinic is so beautiful and clean , I have now had multiple appointments and have more booked in.The results of my treatments are crazy especially my Botox in my jaw ! My face has slimmed so much in two sessions and my teeth grind near to never and headaches are none existent. I would defiantly recommend getting booked in , Fatou is also honest and not pushy as some practitioners i have met before and will help you see what suits your face !
