They started off OK with the AI features. Sometimes it's a hit or miss, not a big deal.The biggest problem is once they take your money they Ghost you. They don't renew lifetime credits , and their support email site never replies. Youtube has deleted their video account, and they are gone from TIKTOK as well. Starting to smell like a SCAM. No new credits since July 31 2024.

The Enhancer works pretty good, but the colorization is horrible. I am waiting to see if I get a response from their Support email about credits that disappeared on my account, and credits that were supposed to be given to me last year, but were not. It took credits away from me today without even downloading an image. I'll wait to see if they respond this time and write another review.

I really liked the service the first year I used it and I bought the lifetime membership. It didn't take long to burn through my credits. The second year I had to send a couple of emails when my account was slow to renew credits. My account showed zero credits in a short amount of time and I thought maybe I had worked on more photos than I thought. The third year I sent multiple emails when the credits didn't renew on the anniversary of starting the account. No answer to the emails but I eventually got credits a couple of months later. After about a month I had a power failure and when I logged back in ... all my credits were gone! Makes me think something similar happened on the second year as well! None of my emails about the problem have been answered! I would not buy this service again. It is clear their membership services are lacking!

UI is terrible, and they charged for a full year without warning that trial period is ending, despite it's promised in their ad. FRAUDS.

Took a payment twice and gave me no access. Left 5 emails over the past month. No one has responded. This is illegal. They have no contact other then the fake info and support

I paid for a lifetime plan and I am unable to use the product as it continuous says I have no credits. I have contacted the company three times and was given a code to use twice, but that doesn't work. My third email to the company has gone unanswered. I am going to contact my credit card company.

After being automatically signed up after the 7 day free trial and charged £49.00p for a new Special welcome Annual pass it has been a nightmare. The software does not allow me to download images after using the tools without a Watermark. There is a credit balance of 0 which suggests that I cannot download images without the watermark. I am being redirected to the subscription selection screen to pay more to get credits. What have I paid £49.00p for. I have sent emails to the support address without reply, I have requested cancelation and a refund without reply. In short this company is abysmal and would advise new customers to be aware

Disapponting compared to other AI powered sites. Especially with restoring really old photos. Colouring of mono photos is awful.

I have been a subscriber for a year, with mixed results. In essence is a fairly good tool to improve images; my dissatisfaction is regarding the colorization of images, which is shoddy at best, odd colors land in the strangest places, such as arms, or necks, that get colored blue. It needs to be refined for a better user experience. Also, providing additional tools to refine the artwork would be great.

I’ve been using Face26 throughout most of 2025 and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was able to scan my entire black-and-white high school yearbook and generate full-color pages of my classmates. The platform is easy to use and offers great customization options.

I like Face26, but it is not reflecting my correct credits.

This program is extremely difficult or impossible to use. The commands are difficult to use and as such this program is useless. I am extremely dissatisfied

Die App ist in Teilen wirklich brauchbar - leider fällt sie immer wieder für Tage aus. Der Support ist schlecht und nur per Mail erreichbar. Für ein kostenpflichtiges Angebot ist das sehr unprofessionell.

I've used Face26 for several years with good image results. Something appears to have gone wrong in 2025. The website does not accurately reflect my available credits and the site has become increasingly balky. Contacting the company is neither easy nor fruitful. I'm disappointed.

I was amazed at how well it restored my old family pictures, even very low resolution images.

As a professional photo restorer, it did some things very well, and some laughable.
I used it in conjunction with Photoshop and other plug-ins for about a year, with no trouble. While they still owed me over 400 credits, they suddenly went dark about 9 weeks ago.

Tried this on a plenty of various photos, color and black and white. The AI gives an Army green uniform various colors except green. A two tone pickup with a blue top and bottom with white in center comes out red top, weird white center then i would say the bottom could be blue, maybe? Maybe someday you will test it more before trying to sell. I will not be a buyer.

Attempted to sharpen 60 year old color photo. It did put a clear face on the model. Didn't look anything like them, but it was clear.

It was hard to give this website a ONE STAR as there was no option for NO stars. Facebook ads showed how using the FACE29 App could restore old, creased, torn, and faded family photos to very sharp, focused photos. I took the bait to TRY it to see how well it would do that. I had a torn and faded 100-year-old photo that I used. After it was scanned on FACE26, there was NO noticeable improvement. None of the "magic" restoration as promised. I made a second attempt with a more recent photo that was a bit too blurry. FACE36 did sharpen up 3 faces, but none of the remainder of the photo. AND... the faces were not accurate. Apparently, AI takes over and reconstructs the facial features, and it was off the mark. As a rule, I NEVER purchase an app until I confirm that it meets my needs. FACE26 fell way below expectations. So I cancelled. I find on my credit card statement that I was CHARGED $59... AND my FACE26 account has NO credits to process additional photos.
