This is probably the first wellness app I’ve actually stayed consistent with for more than just a few days. Most self-care or wellness apps start feeling repetitive or overwhelming very quickly, but FABU feels completely different. The daily plans are simple, realistic, and easy to follow even when I have a busy or stressful day. Instead of making me feel guilty for not doing enough, the app creates this really supportive and motivating atmosphere that makes me want to come back every day.
The mood tracker has honestly been one of the most helpful features for me. It made reflecting on my emotions feel natural instead of complicated, and after using it for a while I started noticing patterns in my mood and habits that I had never paid attention to before. I also really love the affirmations and calming exercises — they genuinely help me slow down and reset mentally when my anxiety gets high.
Another thing that makes FABU stand out is the design and overall experience. Everything looks beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully made. The app feels relaxing from the moment you open it, which is something I’ve never experienced with other wellness apps. Even small details like the animations, colors, and interactions make it feel comforting and safe.
What I appreciate the most is that FABU doesn’t pressure you to become “perfect.” It helps you build healthier habits little by little in a way that feels achievable and kind. Since using it regularly, I feel more emotionally balanced, less stressed, and much more aware of how I take care of myself mentally. FABU honestly became one of my favorite apps and a very important part of my daily routine.
