The Company is very professional with little fuss with so much help from Emily in choosing exactly what we wanted. Surveyor was also very helpful and Steve and Tom the Fitters were really good. They Were very professional and after fitting the windows they left the place spotless. Can't praise them enough. Good job.

We used FAB to completely replace all windows and the front and back doors in our 3 bedroom terraced house. We approached the company after seeing the good work they did at a friends house. All staff we spoke with ; sales people and the build team were courteous and made the process very easy. Just had windows replaced by FAB, 11 of them in all and very pleased with how they look. Very efficient work undertaken by Ash, Sean and Matty over 3 days. Went above and beyond to ensure a brilliant finish, and cleaned up afterwards. I was determined to buy local and I am so pleased I did cannot recommend this firm enough for an excellent service.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The installation of 7 windows and a French door went very smoothly with no problems at all. Tom completed the whole job within just 2 days and the quality of the work is excellent. The windows look amazing and the French door looks even better it has completely transformed the space.
Customer service was also excellent they responded quickly and professionally to all my queries, which made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

We recently had 11 new windows installed by Fab Home Improvements, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Chris and his team were superb — very friendly lads who clearly know what they’re doing. The job was done cleanly, efficiently, and well organised.

The windows themselves are excellent quality and very affordable for what you get. Everything from start to finish went smoothly, and the end result looks fantastic. I’m really happy with everything and would highly recommend Fab Home Improvements.

Totally professional… (muddy shoes n all lol). Absolutely made up with the outcome, widows are amazing! All workers on point,(inc. Sean 😂). Was told time starting and finishing was perfect timing.

The team provided a reasonable estimate for our new front door, and once they arrived, they installed it swiftly and right on schedule. They completed the work tidily, leaving no mess whatsoever. The door appears to be of high quality as well.

We got a decent quote for a front door - it was installed on time and quickly when the lads were at the house. Neat installation, no mess left behind. The door seems to be a good quality door too.

They fitted an insulated conservatory roof for my nana, from start to finish the Fitters were more than helpful, job finally finished looked unreal, what a firm.

We had 11 new windows from this company and we are very happy with the service. I contacted Fab Home Improvements about window replacements. I’ve been in the house for approximately 5 years and I wasn’t sure if the windows needed to be replaced. Given we are having an extension, I thought it was worth checking.

A staff member came out to measure and provide a quote. To my surprise they explained that my windows don’t actually need replacing. The only reasons would be if I wanted to change colours or openings, but structurally they’re fine.

In a world where people are often ripped off my tradesmen, it’s nice to see an honest company who are ready and willing to tell people about the work they don’t need doing.

Although I’ve not purchased anything now. When the windows and door do need replacing in future, they’ll be the first company I call.

We live in Wirral and have Fab home improvement installed 11 windows and a front door.

Cover our carpet with dust shit so no damage on it;
Smooth finish on all windows and door;
External sill different sized as we requested for the north side as we planned eps with rendering there.

Needs to improve:
Office communications bit slipped

The company absolutely 5star from the first day personal talk with a sales person came and could talk everything through.
Surveyor done a great job as all tit perfectly.
Two tradespeople as I mentioned done there extra mile to made us happy!
