Reliable and friendly
It was easy to order and I was kept informed of the items progress. The parcel was damaged on arrival looking like it occurred in transit. I contacted the company and they were very good replacing the item quickly as it was for a birthday. Hence the 5 stars review.

Thank you so much, Gwenda. We’re really sorry the parcel arrived damaged, but we’re glad we could replace it quickly and in time for the birthday. Thanks for your understanding and for the 5-star review, it means a lot.
The piece is very well done.
The piece is very well done, colors true as appear on the website. Because of a huge snowstorm out East, the canvas was a little delayed, plus the Carolinas and Colorado are far apart, so word to the wise: allow extra time for shipping.

Thank you for the lovely feedback, we’re so glad you’re happy with the piece and that the colours matched what you saw online.
Weather delays are unfortunately out of anyone’s control, but the good news is our shipping partners (Fedex and UPS) are now back to normal. Thanks for the patience and the wise advice to future buyers 😊

Fab Art was fantastic
Fab Art was fantastic. I absolutely adore my Matisse print. The service was fast and it was very easy and clear to order. I initially ordered the wrong size accidentally but they were able to change it to the right size for me and I was immediately refunded the extra cost.
They will definitely be my go to for future art prints!

Thank you for such a kind review. We’re thrilled you love your Matisse print and that everything from ordering to delivery felt smooth. Glad we could fix the sizing hiccup quickly too. We’d love to be your go-to for future prints.
Hanging difficulty
Product was cheaper in quality than I expected, but the main complaint is the two sawtooth hangers on the back. Impossible to hang. We finally attached lightweight picture wire between the sawtooths in order to hang it.

Svar från Fab Art
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Joan. We’re sorry to hear the hanging wasn’t straightforward and appreciate you letting us know. Different hanging systems suit different walls and preferences, so this is really helpful feedback and we’ll pass it on. We’re glad you were able to find a solution that worked for you.

Artwork
Would love to let you know what a great experience you gave. Considering my artwork had to come interstate the delivery time was excellent and arrived in perfect condition. The "Cat sitting on a toilet reading a newspaper" was even better than the photo. I can't wait to get it up on my bathroom wall. As it looks like my black and white cat Lily I am going to giggle every time I open that door with her facing me. :D
