How anybody can rate this more than one star it’s beyond my imagination because I’ve asked them to block me many times but they fail to do so. I played for two hours on a roulette game and never once got a bonus number, even though I played approximately half the numbers each spin.

Have had a few successful withdrawals , now I try to withdraw it claims to be paid but no money is seen in bank. Seen others saying they ask for bank statements then still don’t pay so not expecting much

Dont bother
I fortunately/unfortunately won 100k + and what an absolute nonsense!
I was what was classed as a vip gold+2 member turned over 1.3million in 8 months.
My vip manager did not contact on me when i won.
My withdrawls took longer than normal evidently i couldnt withdrawl and couldnt get hold of my manager.
I managed to withdraw 9k in total
Was kicked off the site for raising issues with their procedures for such wins and management of the situation.
Dont waste your money or time

Not sure why this site gets bad reviews ask for a lot of documents but I’ve not had trouble with them yet, bonuses are regular enough and like any site some good some bad. But seems a lot fairer then alot of casino sites
