What do you do when you haven’t lodged 10 year of tax returns, you know you are due a refund from the ATO but your own procrastination of a decade of negative gearing, country relocation, business sales and personal losses compounding with the losses and gains is a daunting task to say the least to unwind alone. I did not know were to start back in 2014 my existing accountant and tax agent didn’t want anything to do with it as I resided overseas and was unable to sit with them and go through it, even though they knew there was a significant amount of refund due to me, but due to my lateness, procrastination they just were not interested. So I contacted several accountants I found online, and called and spoke to many via Skype ( as I was still overseas ) let’s just say Ezy Tax Accountants were the ones that grabbed the ball and ran to the finish line. They were proactive in contacting the ATO, explaining my situation of the past and current situation. We diligently worked year by year event by event and lodged each year perfectly. Questions raised by the ATO were handled honestly and correctly and within a fortnight of pure hard graft on their part they were able to have all returns lodged and a full refund issued and all my tax and issues brought up to date! Pure Genius is all I can say and all from a distance. Now each complex return is lodged perfectly and we are always up to date. I can not hesitate having dealt with many accountants before in suggesting you contact and engage Ezy Tax Accountants now in all you personal and or business needs, you will not regret it! I've had Tax Agents in the past who do not reply messages, emails nor answer calls. And submissions were always with little mistakes everywhere and I have had to be the 'goalkeeper' to check for these mistakes, correction after correction. It was frustrating and tiring. Not helpful at all. But not Amelia. She is super responsive! Almost immediate replies. Very detailed. Looked at areas I never thought I could consider, and saved me a good amount of money! Highly recommend her service!
