EzyDog has been making dog gear from the Gold Coast since 1995. The business started with one product, the Cujo, the world's first shock-absorbing dog leash, built by founder Luke Hatcher from water ski rope and a shock cord in his garage. Thirty years later the range covers harnesses, leashes, collars, car restraints, lifejackets, beds, and outdoor gear. The engineering focus has not changed. Every product solves a specific problem: the Chest Plate Harness spreads load off the throat for dogs that pull; the Zero Shock leash absorbs sudden lunges so the walk stays comfortable; the DFD lifejacket keeps dogs visible and buoyant in the water. The gear is designed for Australian conditions and the people and dogs who use it here. EzyDog is family-owned, still run by the Hatcher family, and sells through independent pet specialty stores across Australia and globally.

We had a look into your order, and as your labels are custom printed, they take our team a few days to make. Once they were dispatched, Australia Post delivered them in 3 business days, with a weekend and a public holiday falling in between, which unfortunately stretched it out a little. We really appreciate your patience and hope Wally and Elsie are loving their new labels! 🐾

Website was easy to find and navigate even for an old school 58yr old. Product is simply beautiful. Not only does it look fantastic, it has been very well designed. My 11 week old puppy didn't try chewing or trying to get off, so must be comfortable.
Ordering was quick with product arriving as scheduled with friendly updates on transit.
As long as EZYDOG is in business I will be a customer. Thank you.

The website and the service took few goes to get to the right parts for the harness, but we got there.
As for the two harnesses we bought, the under belly strap has stretched in the first week.

Our harness straps are made from strong webbing that doesn't stretch, so if the belly strap feels looser after the first week, it could mean the strap buckle adjuster is sliding when it shouldn't be. If it's still loosening, a warranty claim can be lodged through our returns portal and our team will take a look. 🐾
